Dunkin' — Restaurant in Derry Township

Sadly, this Dunkin’ fails over and over. They will maybe get the order right 1 in every 10 visits, the food is always served inappropriately (donuts with icing thrown in a bag with no parchment wrapping or other protection upside down - why?), donuts are dry, clearly never fresh or even attempted (go to Karns, Filling Station, or Dunkin’ towards Harrisburg for better all around service and quality), and the store is absolutely disgusting inside - very dirty. This store has the potential to be outstanding but it takes the management, ownership, and employees to be so. Sadly, they are in the heart of Hershey and showcasing poor standards for all the tourists. Go to Starbucks for better foods and service (better for this type of industry). Or the Dunkin’ on 322. Or franchise owner, correct all of these poorly operated functions!!! Especially the inconsistency AND DONUTS!!!

**update: still -1 stars. The staff appear miserable and unsupported. No urgency in getting orders out. Very flat attitude from staff. I came here because Starbucks was out of my regular, but I realize for certain I’d rather take a chance on a drink I may not like vs coming to...

Any local who has self-respect is going to stop going here. I personally have not had any food or drink made wrong here, but after watching multiple complain as I wait for my order, on multiple occasions, I can't go here anymore. People are constantly coming in from the drive-thru to complain. I watched as a woman was told they don't have chocolate donuts so then she pointed to TWO WHOLE TRAYS of them and told them they do have them. The owners decided to work here now and it's awful. They're rude to people and they don't know what they're doing at all. They're always confused about who ordered what and what they even ordered (uh, read the ticket??). The trash can (there is only one, which for this location is not enough) is always overflowing. On two occasions there was a mound (no exaggeration) of trash on the floor since the can was overflowed. I wanted a large iced latte with brown sugar cinnamon sweetener, but they don’t have that as an option on their electronic menu. The first time I came, I told the lady (manager) and she just added it in. This time, I told the same lady I wanted that and she said she can do it, but this lady was doing drive thru and didn’t tell anybody. I got my large latte and it tasted like straight milk, not even coffee. I get there would be no flavoring because she told nobody, but there was almost no coffee. It was a white drink. Then, a teenage girl walks up to us wiping her nose and face with her hands asking us what’s wrong with the drink! No communication! Don’t tell me you can do something then not do it.
