COACH Outlet — Local services in Hershey

The store is nicely organized. The workers are usually very pleasant and helpful. Even on this last occasion, the sales associate (younger Asian female) was very accommodating even though they were closing in 20 minutes. This is why this review has 2 stars. HOWEVER, there was one older lady (white) that was prepping the store for closing. She already knew we were getting helped but insisted on standing nearby and asking if we needed help. We told her no but she stayed nearby. I noticed she was looking around in front of me to see what I was doing as I was going through the wallets. I was very upset and told my husband and kids it was time to leave. I am so angry that we were profiled for no reason. I was planning on buying two bags, two wallets and wristlets for my birthday trip but had to leave out empty handed. This occurred on August 25,2021 around 7:45pm at the Tanger Outlet...

Love, Love, love this store. I have been going to this location for years and every single associate is amazing! They always have what my family is looking for and more. The store is amazing and always fully stocked, most of the associates know my spouse and I by name and they always make us feel welcomed and loved.
