Story time... It's Superbowl Sunday and we are waiting for the Kendrick Lamar concert đ I order a burger, chicken sandwich and a salad. Nothing CRAZY... Click delivery and move on. An hour or so later I call Applebee's to see if it had been picked up. They told me the food had BEEN ready they were just waiting for door dash to p/u. Since I ordered on APPLEBEE'S site I was like no worries, can you just refund me the delivery fee and I'll grab the food. They advised they could not lol it was a door dash thing but they would "hold" my food for me. After getting in the car I realized it's been an HOUR ..the fries are probably trash..so I call back to see if they could recook the food. Honestly y'all I have never in my life experienceed this... So I call, tell them the situation and a manager gets on the line. Drea. I tell Drea that I placed the order on the website, the food never makes it, previous person had told me food had BEEN ready, would they mind remaking it. Drea informs me bc the order was placed through a third party site "door dash" to have the food REMADE I would need to contact door dash and have them request it. Hand to sky I'm not kidding now of course I know there is a misunderstanding bc there's no way. As stated before I didn't go through the door dash app I went through Applebees website who used them
I tell Drea I understand contacting door dash for my delivery refund but to contact them to get fresh food seems crazy, seeing that I placed the order on APPLEBEE'S WEBSITE...she responded she understands but they are not pizza hut, they don't have delivery drivers so they use a third party site, also she doesn't work for door dash she works for Applebee's and her food cost sees it differently.

When I tell you do not ask for a manager meaning him me and my two sisters were eating and they brought our appetizers out and the waitress drop half of our food on the floor but still served us the remaining on there after waiting 45 minutes for our food, we didnât get half the things that we ordered along with the food that came out cold so she said she would get the manager. We told him what happened our food that was on the floor that they still wanted us to pay full price for and the remaining food that wasnât even serve to us because they forgot about it, so I asked Jeremiah proceeded to try to talk to us. He put his foot in our seat, stood over and talk to us like children. We just simply ask and get a remaining food and what could he do for us as my sister was speaking to him he said, Iâm not comping all the food. And I politely stepped in and said sheâs not asking for you to compiler food. We were asking about the food that was on the floor and that was halfway serve to us and the food that we didnât receive he put his hand up and said Iâm not talking to you. So therefore, we will go ahead and leave but if you are, Jeremiah, you did not deserve to have this position because you are very unprofessional and rude and very entitled and for you to put your foot in the seat and lean over us, like that, I was even scared for him to remake any of the food that he said he was going to because of his actions.    Read moreMy wife and I went there for our dinner at 3pm on Veterans Day. We even bought an appetizer and she had a mixed drink and I got an iced tea. Everything was hot and great and even Morgan was top notch and we left her a $10.00 tip. So my wife asked me on Tuesday if we got our $5 dollar gift cards to use for next visit and because we had 2 free veterans meal off there selected menu I said we didnât get them. So I called Applebees and talked to I believe emerson(RUDE AS HELL) and explained that we were there the day before but never got our got cards she explained they ran out and I said at 3pm. Then she says the mgrs were handing them out to selected vets. Then why have it in the menu that you get when you order your free meal? Emerson explained there was nothing she could do not did she offer any thing else. This would have been a full five star review until this happened. First of all my wife and I are disabled vets second of all they should have been handed out when the waitress brought out bill to us and third every vet should get one AS ADVERTISED.
