Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Des Moines

I went in and ordered a carryout, I'm pretty sure I still have the receipt. I got home and it was incorrect. Normally my pizza is made correctly, it's nothing hard (cut into squares). Up to this point, one reason I went there was because they got it right. I called the store after I saw my pizza was incorrect. The girl ghosted me, the boy cashier who could barely speak, much less understand, English got on tne phone then I got Walter. He said bring it back and we'll replace it. I explained I was already home with kids. BASICALLY HE DIDN'T CARE. He tried telling me the cashier didn't hear me. Hmmmm....I said it plenty loud enough and even used hand gestures to show the square. Walter was useless, he didn't care about good customer service, and I'll make sure I keep telling folks about this horrible customer service. I believe I have reviews out there regarding this. Since they don't seem to want any more of my money or retain a customer, I'll very happily spend it elsewhere, as there are several pizza places to choose from that have better customer service. AND I CAN'T...

UPDATE: So I went back. They DO have carryout. BUT the parking lot is laid out so weird that if there is more than 2 cars in the drive through ALL of the parking spaces are blocked. Seems like they could have made the drive through lane along the BACK of the parking lot like most every other drive through place. And if you do happen to get lucky enough to get a parking space theres a good chance you will be blocked in by the time you leave. Looks like a disaster waiting to happen. You almost have to park at QT and walk up, or Discount Tire after they close......although Discount Tire has signs all over advising against this.......so it must be a daily problem.

The pizza and crazy bread was good though. Just not sure it's worth the hassle of the parking situation. The old location was so much better and easier to get to.

This location unfortunately is drive through only. And the drive through is as backed up and as slow if not slower than McDonalds. Sad sad sad that they closed their carry out location for this much much harder to access drive through...

I’ll start by saying Im disabled so that is the reason I chose this location because it specifically states I can pick up my order from the drive thru instead I was told I have to come inside I explained my situation and was told the manger won’t allow them to hand online orders through the window and they shut the window on me so I waited only when cars started pulling up behind me did they come back and say only this time they will accommodate my disability now this is just horrible customer service how hard is it for them to just grab my order from the warmer and hand it to me it makes zero sense to me to force someone to come in when you can hand it to them especially when it’s clearly posted on your window that you can pick up from the drive thru I’m extremely disappointed in the way this was handle and won’t be coming back every other pizza place would gladly bring out an order for anyone not even specific to having...
