If I could give 0 that's exactly what I would give my experience was non existence since the workers who were on shift tonight don't know a thing about customer service. The store hours for the dining room 7 days a week state it closes at 12am every night as well as the drive thru closes at 12am every night. I walked up to the door for the dining room at 11:15pm on a Friday night and the worker looked right at me as I approached the door at the same time she did and proceeded to lock it, so I went to check the other dining room doors and they were already locked as well. So unfortunately I just worked a 16hour shift at the hospital and was pretty tired not wanting to cook at home I stop here and I get to go home with nothing to eat and of course still hungry. Seriously I double checked this locations hours they are open for business before I came so something like this wouldn't happen, I of course called before leaving and not a single employee would answer the phone as I sat there and watched them doing not anything at all and they couldn't serve me since they were still supposed to be open. But apparently that's the new kind of work ethic people have nowadays work less and get payed for it. I'm not sure if this is a cooperate store or a franchise but either way I'm sure the owner and management don't approve of that behavior or want to employ people to stand around and not work while they get paid for it, the whole point of having a job being employed is to actually work to make money and be responsible handling all life that requires a financial obligation which money is needed to do those things. Extremely upset and disappointed at jack in the box. Jack...
Read moreMy wife and I have left here twice without getting any food because of the awful service. Not to sound mean, but the lady at the window speaks almost no English, so she completely gets your order wrong over and over again. I tried to talk to her through the speaker, but it didn't work because she COULDN'T understand me, so I drove to the window, and she got it wrong again. I handed her the cash, and she went to fix the order and hands it over wrong again. She then started to argue and rolled her eyes, slammed the window, and walked away. I told her I wanted my cash back and gave her the wrong order back. She gave me some of my money back and then slammed the window shut. I had to yell through the closed window to get my cash back, and she gave me the dirtiest look. I want it to be clear, I was polite the entire time. I understand working at Jack in the Box would probably suck but damn. It's pretty bad when you simply have to give up because they can't get a simple order correct then, is extremely rude to you when trying to clarify your order. I could also hear the person in front of me getting frustrated because she got their order wrong as well. This was on 9/21/23 at...
Read moreYet again my order has been wrong from this location. I typically order through Uber Eats and so far have had no issue with that service. However, the side sauce is never in the bag (which seems like a brown paper bag I used to take to lunch to school), there are never napkins, and never a straw. Even if I go in person, the wait in the DT is unnecessarily long. The staff is always polite, but never seems to be enough people to make the line move as it should. Today is the last day I will be order from them. As I stated the order was wrong, AGAIN. There was no side sauce in bag, no drink delivered (can’t completely blame location as Uber driver might have forgotten it), no napkins, no straw and to top it all off NO SAUCE ON THE COLD COLD BURGER. I understand when I order delivery it won’t be HOT, but this was stone cold. And to boot my Buttery Swiss burger that comes with an amazing garlic sauce had none. I’m fed up with the lack of quality across the board from this location. It’s tragic to see such an abysmal level of service. Written from a 10+ food...
