Our family will never eat here again. The customer service was despicable. The door getting locked between customers was ridiculous and then snapping on other customers because they opened the door for other customers attempting to come in was done with such disrespect. The attitude from to women running the counter was disgraceful. The wait was half an hour with 2 people in front of me but we had 3 kids to feed that had already been waiting so we weren’t going to give up waiting to waste the time driving somewhere else and waiting for food yet again. The tables and floors weren’t even clean. While one of the customers was ordering the women running the counter held up her hand saying, “uh-uh, hold up I’m busy and doing something else right now.” Then when another customer was asked what they wanted they repeated “number 3,” the women behind the counter had raised her voice in an over exaggerated manner saying, “I KNOW YOU WANT THE NUMBER 3- WHAT KIND OF BREAD DO YOU WANT?” After that another couple of customers came to the door that was locked and a customer with headphones popped the door open for them and she yelled at the customer for doing so and said she wasn’t going to serve him since he did that. I never got a receipt or I would have the time stamp on what time I was there but I believe it was about 5pm ish. You get very little meat and she crumbled the bread so much that the bread barely held together when my kids were trying to eat it. She didn’t even wrap the sandwiches right so one of the sandwiches slid out onto the floor when my kid sat down to eat it. Waste of money!

Read moreI had been shopping and googled subway restaurants that were open. It showed me that subway on Southeast 14th was open until 10 PM that Friday night. I drove to that location and arrived at 9:42 PM. Went to go inside and one side of the door was locked, but the other was open. Someone was coming out. When I started to walk into the restaurant a little further, the man that was behind the counter was counting money at the register. He said, “sorry, we are already closed.” I said, “I thought that you were open until 10 PM.” He said, “my cash register is already in close down mode so I can't serve you “. It was actually very irritating because we drove that direction to that subway because it is on our way home, which is out of town. I could have gone the other direction to a different subway had I known that they closed early. Read moreThe 2 kids working the day I stopped in were GREAT ! They were VERY ATTENTIVE to their CUSTOMERS, they WORKED QUICK & EFFICIENTLY. If you ASKED for extra HEAVY on a TOPPING THEY LISTENED & did GREAT on THEIR JOBS ! A lot of times when you do so in to fast food place where you have to go inside to order you choices - too often you run into younger workers who don't want to be there in the first place & it shows in their ATTITUDE & their work !!! These kids this day (Wednesday, May 22nd, around 5pm/at the Subway on SE 14th & Estrous) they made my day ! They were so friendly & their work ethic was great & it made for my birthday to turn out GREAT !!!
It was a young male (I don't know what the politically correct word is to use & DON'T WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE) so I'll just say that he had dark skin & the girl was caucasian. I wish I'd have gotten their names bcuz I love for them to get recognition for their GREAT WORK ETHICS & THEIR GREAT SERVICE, & A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS ALL CUSTOMERS !
