Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Des Peres

Chipolte aficionados beware. This is the stingiest Chipolte I've ever been to. I work in the area, so I'm here on a regular basis. If an employee gives you anything resembling a normal portion, the manager will promptly and unabashedly repremand the employee. You HAVE to order double meat to get a full portion size. This is not hyperbole, I've ordered double meat, guac, and fajita veggies and still been able to see the bottom of the bowl on one end. That's a $12.61 bowl that's not even full... I've been to several other area Chipotles and this problem seems to be isolated to this location. I've had trouble finishing the same order at the Hanley and CWE locations, but with the mall location, I'm looking for a snack before the end of...

Well that was a disappointment. Arya was the person at the register who made a 20 minute wait even worse by being rude to everyone. I felt that the wait was worth it until she told customers that this wait was “too long” and “not worth it”. I asked her for a bowl lid and she just rolled her eyes to the cup lid area, giving me no verbal response. Chipotle needs to check into this so more customers aren’t burned completely by that behavior.

This is the best staff and food this location has ever had. My son absolutely loves a good cheese quesadilla and no one compares to chipotle in his mind. I also had a a killer chicken burrito, the best one I ever. The quality of of the chicken being cooked perfectly to all the topping being fresh. The gentlemen making the burrito made it perfect so it stayed together perfectly. If you're having that craving for chipotle this the best one . Believe me not all locations are good.
