During my lunch break, I walked in and was greeted by a blonde-haired young woman at the front counter who initially seemed friendly and asked what she could make for me. I politely let her know I wasnât ordering but simply asked if I could get a fork. She went to get it, but when she returned, instead of handing it to me respectfully, she tossed the fork packet across the counter and gave me a thumbs-up â a gesture that felt dismissive and unprofessional. I said thank you and walked away, but the interaction bothered me enough that I turned around and went back. I asked the other staff member, who turned out to be the manager, if I could speak with her. I explained what had just happened, and while the manager was listening and trying to understand, the employee stood in my face smirking and nodding, clearly showing no remorse or professionalism. As someone who also works in management and values good customer service, I found this behavior completely unacceptable. At the very least, this should have been addressed immediately by the manager. Instead, the employee remained at the counter with no visible accountability. This experience has made me uncomfortable enough that I no longer feel welcome returning to that Starbucks location despite being a frequent customer who works in the mall and visits daily. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for coaching and improving customer experience at...
Read moreI would give the rating of this store a solid -5 stars. Reason being, store manager named Jessica was extremely rude. Jessica had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful towards me and my group. As a store manager, your job is to simply make sure all customers are happy. Jessica majorly failed to do that and was very impolite. Do you really want someone that disrespectful who treats customers so poorly to represent your store. Didnât think so... that needs to be changed wether thatâs having or talk with Jessica or just firing Jessica, because I can assure you that a rude store manager is the perfect way of how to lose a couple dozens of customers. Not to mention they messed up 4/5 drinks I ordered but I just didnât wanna deal with someone so negative and impolite like Jessica. I am such a nice person and I donât deserve to be treated so poorly like this. Congrats on loosing 5 frequent customers. Me and my friends will never ever return to such a unprofessional store like this...
Read moreReally negative experience with the employees. I ordered an iced coffee with 1 pump of brown sugar. When I got the drink it was super sweet and clearly had the full amount for a grande. I noticed on my ticket the ink must be low because the â1â didnât show up and just âbrown sugarâ which explains why the barista on bar gave me the full sugar. I like a less sweet coffee so I took it back and explained. The men working took the drink, whispered to each other while glancing at me then when they made the new drink they very messily slid it across the take counter without a word. It made me feel really obnoxious when I felt like I was super polite and even knew the mistake was a total accident. Just overall really negative experience and made...
