I am upset with this restaurant.My first time coming to this restaurant since I lived in the city.I lived here a year and a half. I order 2 combos of the double superstar with no cheese. Because I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered a Sprite and I forgot what my husband's drink was then. I ordered chicken strips. I thought I would stop here and order lunch so we can eat it on our way. Is going to vegas. As we continue to drive about 7 minutes into our drive.We got on to highway sixty two coming from desert hot springs. I opened up our meal and to my surprise.The burgers had cheese, One patty. I was so upset.I just ate my fries.My husband left his burger and ate the chicken strips.I went to take a sip out of my drink and it was carbonated plain water. I tried to call this restaurant a couple times but because I was by the mountains.I kept getting cut off.The only thing I was able to get was a girl that had an accent. Finally getting out of the mountains and into our next city.I was able to talk to her.I told her what was going on.I repeated myself three times till she finally got it. She said that when I return just to go to her store And that she would write my name down so they knew that when I went back.They can either reimburse me or give me my meal.and by the time I ask for her name she hung up on me. I called 3 different times after that.Just to get her name and no answer. This was very. Annoying. So today on my way back in from Vegas. I gave the store a call to and the manager answered. And I explained myself to him. And he said that the protocol 1 was my name had to be put on a list. That I had a call to complain.I was told by the young lady that had took my call on Friday that she would put my name down.She asked for my name like 2 to 3 times I even had to spell it to her who knows where she wrote this paper maybe on a napkin and then tossed it. The gentleman.(manager) Made me feel like if I was trying to get a free meal or free cash. I'm not ignorant.I have feelings and I know exactly what I felt when he was speaking to me I did let him know that I was not calling for a free meal or free cash. I did pay for this cash and unfortunately the teller that gave me My meal did not give me a receipt but I did tell him that since he knew who worked that Friday he knew who I was talking about That had answered my call.He was talking over me was not letting me talk till finally I Loudly repeated myself that he knew who worked that day.That had an accent that spoke Spanish and he said a lot of people work here.But I said specifically if you knew who was on shift friday then you know who i'm talking about and he said yes I know who you're talking about and I will talk it over with her. Which is okay I understand. I But don't make me feel like I'm trying to come up on a free meal or free cash.Trust me I would not order from there again. I also told the manager over the phone that the gentleman that gave me my meal.That friday was the one that took my order. He said that he knew who he had on shift and he did not have no men on shift Is that day. My bad, if I am in the wrong maybe it was a female.I don't recall. I may be wrong , but i'm pretty sure it was a Young man. Cheese on my burgers, Is one patty when ordered a double. My sprite was carbonated water!!!! Oh , but I did make sure To notify the young Lady that answered the phone to check her machine because carbonated water was coming out of the sprite. And I would hate for someone else that lived closer.Go to the store and be upset. Read moreErika is the WORST employee/ possible manager I have ever encountered in all of my life! While handing my friend two milkshakes one of them dropped while still at the front counter as they were handing him straws afterwards, with two full hands, causing a milkshake to drop and they LITERALLY RECHARGED HIM FOR A NEW MILKSHAKE! I can not even believe that a business would treat their customers so terribly. Then Erika’s attitude when I tried talking to her letting her know how unbelievable it was to recharge them for the shake was so rude, so disrespectful, I’m still in shock over it. She rolled her eyes at me said they did nothing wrong and then just shoo’ed me away and turned and walked away! Talk about customer service skills. I will absolutely never eat at this location again. And if Carls Jr chooses to support this behavior from their employees towards their customers and continue to employee this lady, then I will never eat at any Carls Jr ever again! I was at Burger King recently and ordered a soft serve ice cream cone, I walked outside and immediately dropped the cone headfirst right into the dirt. I went back inside with my gravel coated soft serve and sad look on my face and guess what, they were nice enough to replace it, FREE OF CHAGE.That’s what good customer service is about. They did the generous, considerate thing for their customer and it was greatly appreciated. I expected to have a civil exchange with Erika and for her to refund my friend whom she double charged. Had I known that she was going to be so unbelievably rude I would’ve recorded her. If I could give negative stars for service I would’ve. On top of all that they didn’t even get our order correct and when I mentioned that to her too she blew that off as well instead of replacing the wrong item given to us. Read moreVery over priced for my order, unhappy with how my order was placed and priced and wasn’t presented taken incorrectly first it was priced at 13.00 and some change for 2 double burger 🍔 that cost 6:00 an Oder of small fries 🍟 and a drink 🥃 including a small fires I ordered additionally which wasn’t in the order when received it. Mention it and was told we were not charged for it which ended up costing 4:00 and some change. That doesn’t seem very fair what it seem like to me is that the young lady taking the order didn’t want to put much effort into doing her job right so that we could of gotten a fair priced order and charged correctly as value customers to your so store at at least up 5 times a week!!
