I must agree with Lucille Willis the first few months were ok but its a complete disaster now. I went to Taco bell in Desert Hot Springs CA 92240 first of all we were told they were out of lettuce then we ordered he proceeded to tell us he had no mountain dew. we ordered anyway because there are not many fast foods in this small town. The person taking our order Isaiah C was beyond rude . He demanded for us to tell him who was honking behind us. we did not know nor did we care. He then told us they had no rice no hot sauce and he could not compensate by adding anything else. when we got our order we had meat n cheese the taco supremes had no tomatoes no sour creme they were just basically a shell order number 395701 dated 10/29/2018 was basically nothing. I took pictures of these so called tacos the chicken burrito had little or no chicken. This was a disaster on every front. I have the pictures this is no exageration. I am a combat action Veteran and not picky at all and have never complained to anyone about any food until this day. when we were about to leave and asked for hot sauce of any type and were told they had none it was done so like how dare you ask. the cashier even stated we are about out of everything. Why I ask did they stay open? why not tell us about all that they did not have because he said and by the way we were out of rice also after we had paid. This is simple thievery and misleading to say the least. I have pictures my receipt and I am disgusted with the treatment lack of professionalism and preparation of this Taco Bell. I would like my money back as is written on the receipt I ordered at 10:51pm I could not even go back to return my order. No drinks no lettuce no rice no tomatoes no hot sauce no chicken no sour creme jeeze need I say more. Why was this establishment even open. Does hot sauce go bad that you would not have cases on hand? running out of the main staples that make up most of your orders seems outlandish no rice or lettuce are you kidding me. I was treated so badly I dont even want to deal with trying to get my money back through that Taco Bell. We were basically eating a shell very little meat and a little cheese like I said I have pictures it is just simply crazy. the chicken xxl gsb was all beans nothing more. Read moreThese happen to my wife today. I'm not the type of person who will put down a restaurant, today has been the worst service ever..never in my life have I felt so humiliated, sadden and upset. I went through the Taco Bell drive thru here in DHS waited 10minutes only to be told they did not have change for a $100 bill. I had $7 and completed another $ 1 with change I asked the Manager if it would ok for me to shortage her the 60 cents.. she was very upset and rudely said I cannot do that and you need to move from my drive thru you cannot hold the line.. I told her well let me ask the car behind me for the cents..the customer behind me was kind enough to give me the cents when I approached the window she said, "well now I cannot sale you the food because you are begging others for change I am going to cancel your order and you need to move from my drive thru." and slammed the window and did open again. All I order was 1 double decker and 12pck of cin. bons delights.. The taco was for my six yr old daughter who love this place and comes at least 4x week. my daughter starts crying saying she wanted her food and was very sad because the lady said she was going to call the police on me. I knew it was not fair for the other customers so I drove off and parked. The wonderful people behind went in the restaurant with me and bought my daughters meal and asked to speak with the manager.. Well the manager never showed her face and refuse to give her name or corporate number. My daughter is now sad and says she will never go to Taco Bell ever again.. Read moreI went through the drive thru on my lunch break. I asked for a power bowl, no rice and no beans. I paid and left. Went back to work to eat, and my bowl was filled with rice. I am someone who has been clinically diagnosed with gluten intolerance or a gluten allergy. A bite filled with rice could cause worlds of issues for my body. I went back to the store, now 40 mins in to my 1 hour lunch break. I waited in line. I told the girl at the counter that my order was wrong, and asked for it to be remade because I am allergic. She took it to the kitchen and had it remade. While I waited I asked for a receipt, because I was not given one in the drive thru. A girl named Aliyah came around the corner and asked "who took your order?" I told her I didn't know. She said "what time was it?" I told her it was like 20 mins ago. She said she had to have an exact time to look up the order. I told her that didn't make sense. Who looks at their clock every time they go to Taco Bell? She rolled eyes at me and said "ooook". I asked for the manager. A man came out asking what I ordered, and made a new receipt. I explained to him that the mistake could have harmed me, and that he should urge his employees to be more careful. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way that I was treated. I was also extremely dissatisfied with my food the second time around. I've ordered the exact same thing at other locations. They replaced the rice and beans with lettuce to keep the integrity of the meal. Today I was given a scoop of everything but black beans and rice. A scoop may be being too generous actually.
