FYI - I placed an order on the mobile website at which point I was asked how I would like my food served to me, options were as follows Carside pickup, Carryout or Delivery, I was surprised because I had never been given the option of Carside service , so I opted for that one because of the recent outbreak of Covid-19 and the heat here in the desert I thought it would be nice to test out this additional service they were offering. by the way if you haven't already tried it , the system ask that you provide the color make and model of your vehicle..... As you might be able to tell things took a turn for the worse , as I would not have taken the time out of my day to provide you with an accurate account of my experience. I was notified electronically that my order would be ready for pick-up within this time window 1:49 - 1:59 , I arrived at the location approx. @ 1:41 , the text message stated that when you arrive, text the word "here" to which you will be greeted with an automated response to activate your hazard lights and they will be with you "ASAP" no prob for me like most people in the desert I have A/C , so I waited outside with lights flashing and after about 15 minutes of that I was a bit dismayed that no one had shown up to bring my Carside order, So I re-texted " here" before I knew it the clock said 2:17 pm , so I decided to place a phone call into the establishment, a male picked up and I was not given an option to be placed on hold, unwillingly I was put on hold, so then a female picks up about 2 min later and ask " is this for delivery or carry out" and I replied " I have already placed an order for ( name) and she said ok and I told here I was outside in my vehicle waiting for my order to be delivered carside, She said " we do not deliver carside", I then told her I was given the option for it and therefore I selected it, she said " well we're busy here making a lot of pizza's and that you can wait at the door like the other people " her exact words, I informed her that her attitude and tone was unacceptable and that I would like to have her name and that I would also like to speak to the manager on duty and that if they were unavailable - that she could provide me with the Franchise Operators number, at which time she began speaking to a male co-worker explaining to him the situation, during that time the male voice returned to the phone at which point I asked for his name to which I never got a response , I was then asked repeatedly did I want to order, he wasn't trying to hear what I said so I explained to him that he could cancel my order and that I would not be coming to the door to collect my food because I felt that he the integrity of my food may have been compromised, because I had the audacity to speak up for the blatant disrespect that I received from him and his fellow co-workers , I once again asked to speak to management and the line was then disconnected. I've done customer service for many years and have gone above and beyond to treat people the way that I like to be treated (with Respect) and I've received regular praise for my efforts, this however is unacceptable to have tacky unprofessional people operating a business, I don't give a damn what kind of business it is . business is business and BS is BS!!! I'm voting with my wallet and will not be shopping here again and I will be doing my level best as to what other businesses the Owner Operator runs here in the Coachella Valley and I will avoid them as well just to drive home a point!! I refuse to be treated in such a disrespectful manner and possibly have my food contaminated by unruly disgruntled workers who smile in the (Franchisee's face ,and rob, steal and cheat them blind behind their backs. I'd make damn sure that as an Owner Operator that I'd have camera''s microphones and an interpreter installed at this location! as well as mystery shoppers, By the way if carside isn't available at this location please remove it from the menu - So I don't have to make a damn near Federal Case out of a Pizza Order. Read moreJuvencio my delivery driver was extremely disrespectful!!! When he first arrived he unmannerly asked for credit card and ID. I told him I paid online. He rudely replied “he still needed to see ID and card to make sure it’s the correct order”. Okay no problem. Told him “okay gonna go get my Atm card and ID.” Only had my door closed for a minute and he’s in his car going to pull off!?!! I (bare footed) ran into my driveway to said “Excuse me? Where are you going? I paid for my food.” Then he climbs out his black van and lies “You didn’t show me ID or credit card” then my Mother comes outside and asks the same thing. “Sir why are you trying to leave with my paid food?” He responds and again with a lie “well because you didn’t have ID or Credit Card. She didn’t tell me anything you just left...” I then spoke up and told him “ No I didn’t. I told you I paid for it online and I’ll be right back.” Then he shrugs and mumbles “okay whatever you have ID & Card?” Then continues to be impolite and inconsistent with this transaction. So I asked for his name and he told me his name was “Ruben” which is a lie because dominos tracker send you a text message of the driver whom is delivering the pizza.
