At around 3:30 pm on April 1, I took my wife out for her birthday and we had an amazing time! We were seated in the bar and Sean ( I hope I spelled his name right) was our server and he was awesome!! He earned his pins for sure. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, accommodating and attentive, and that's very rare in today's industry. He was himself and nothing about him was scripted or him 'just doing his job.' I listened to him interact with his tables and watched him work! When he couldn't get our drinks over to us at that moment (not that we noticed), Ms.Tyra, the bartender brought us our drinks ( YAASSSSSS!! TEAMWORK!!!) and got the seal of approval from my wife before she walked away. I ordered the Strawberry Kiwi Rita and my wife ordered the Sauza Gold Coast Rita. They were perfectly mixed and not too strong. My wife liked mine better so she ordered the same one I had for her second round. Ms. Tyra, I gotta say, you did your thing. Chelsea (I really hope that's her name) the manager came by and touched our table, and when she found out it was my wife's birthday, she came right back and gave her a birthday card with a coupon for her favorite, the blooming onion, to use on our next visit. Now let's get to the food. We ordered a Blooming Onion as our appetizer, and it came out perfectly. She didn't have to ask to have it a certain way. It came the way it was supposed to: hot, crispy, and full of flavor. I had the Pecan and Blue cheese chopped salad ( my favorite ) and wifey had the Caesar salad. Although my salad came out a little late, our appetizer, fresh hot bread and perfectly mixed drinks (Go, Tyra!) more than made up for it. I had the Queensland pasta and it looked good but the taste left something to be desired. The pasta had a bit of an overcooked, slightly filmy mouth feel and the shrimp was a little undercooked. My wife had the sirloin and added a lobster tail. The steak was cooked perfectly but she was a little disappointed in the taste. She just couldn't put her finger on why. We're never ones to complain or send food back, as not to kill the flow of the moment. We took dessert and the cheese steak queso dip home and enjoyed it later after a night out. I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse, and I have to say—it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the host and seated promptly. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, with just the right balance of lively energy and comfortable dining space.
Service – 10/10
Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They checked on us frequently without being intrusive, kept our drinks refilled, and made excellent recommendations. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt neglected or rushed. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a top priority.
Food – Absolutely Delicious!
We started off with the Bloomin’ Onion, and WOW—it was perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with the signature dipping sauce. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting!
For the main course, I ordered the Ribeye Steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The seasoning was on point, and it had that signature Outback char that makes their steaks stand out. It was juicy, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the loaded baked potato. My dining partner got the Alice Springs Chicken, and they couldn’t stop raving about how tender and flavorful it was. The honey mustard sauce took it to another level!
Drinks & Desserts
We also tried one of their signature cocktails—the Wallaby Darned, and it was absolutely refreshing! The perfect blend of peach, champagne, and vodka made it smooth and delicious.
To top it all off, we indulged in the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, and it was the perfect ending to our meal. The warm brownie, vanilla ice cream, and rich chocolate sauce were just heavenly.
Final Thoughts
Outback Steakhouse completely exceeded my expectations! The combination of excellent service, perfectly cooked food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a must-visit for steak lovers and casual diners alike. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just craving a quality meal, you can’t go wrong with Outback.

We had asked for extra ranch with both appetizers and never got it. We got all of our drinks except mine. My husband had ordered a drink that was supposed to come with a koala rubber duck and we did not receive it when the drink arrived. We noticed the server was busy so we weren’t too worried about him getting my drink. IT NEVER CAME. We ordered entrees and proceeded to wait for our food for almost 50 min. Other tables with far more people that had gotten their after us were getting their food and leaving before we even got ours. Our server had not checked on us once since we ordered entrees. My husbands water was almost empty and people with water pitchers kept walking past our table but proceeded to fill other tables. Our food finally came, my salad was fine, but ordered extra ranch and didn’t get it, however everyone else at the table ordered steaks and they were all cooked different and wrong compared to what was ordered. We were already livid. We wanted more ranch, our checks and boxes. It took the server 20 min to check on us after we got our food and when he came back we asked for boxes, ranch, and checks. He came back with no boxes no ranches and only checks. I was charged for the sweet tea I never got and he did take it off the check. We paid immediately upon the checks arriving to the table. It took yet again another almost 25 min to just get our checks back and no ranch and no boxes. I was so completely upset and disappointed in the service. I have been a server and bartender for 7 years now and this is NOT how I would treat my table at all!
