OMG, Where to even Start... We 5 adults chose this place to celebrate my birthday... OH MY ! What a Mistake... We all ordered alcohol drinks which we could clearly see were ready fast- BUT, drinks 'sat on the bar' for 15minutes... the entire time 5 employees were standing together up front chit-chatting at front door... Then food came out... We asked if they could maybe Please bring us our drinks- I pointed at the bar and they brought the 2 half melted frozen magaritas and 3 Texas Teas- which had no more ice because all ice had melted... We say prayer and start to eat... 2 in the party ordered Nachos and we ALL smelled something ROTTEN at the table the moment food arrived... It was the Cheese on the Nachos- Rancid & Bad.. Smelled Horrible... We told the bartender (the only one working) because all other employees nowhere to be found... He smelled cheese & agreed it was rotten stinky and asked if we want those 2 nacho plates redone and we said 'yes'... Which took another 25 minutes... Which made us miss our evening entertainment that we had previously purchased tickets for a month in advance and were really looking forward to attending. At this point an employee walked up to juke box & turned up volume- making play VERY Loud Cucaracha music... Which was painful to endure for a whole other 20 minutes until we saw an employee- to ask for the check... We couldn't even have a conversation at our table- we were screaming at each other- it was so very loud! We couldn't wait to get out of there- so we waited outside while party host paid the bill receipt... which showed we were charged 'Full Price' for the 2 nacho plates that made us miss out on the remainder of my birthday evening plans celebration... At register: Asked if there could be some kind of 'discount' offered for rotten food served to us and melted expensive drinks... BUT, NO! Was the answer received- was told the 2 nacho plates were re-made So there will be no discount or meal comp on perfectly good food that was consumed... AND 'Sorry' that your drinks were melted- if you saw drinks on bar you should have gotten up & approached the group of our lazy staff and asked one of them to bring to your table. We are local residents and Never-Ever eating here again- Horrible Experience- Ruined my Birthday- Thanks a lot for that ! This was my 2nd and last visit to this place. I again was coerced into going to this place with a hispanic coworker. We were greeted and sat immediately, but this is where the pleasantries stop. I open my menu and there is dried salsa and tortilla chip crumbs ALL OVER the inside. I waited for a waitress to come by to give me a clean menu, but no one ever came. After 15 minutes went by, I suggested we leave and go to OTB across the parking lot. My coworker then got up and got a waitress, I guess being prideful in his recommendation. She finally came over and took our drink orders and brought me another menu. At that point I had decided I wasn't eating. I just wanted to drink a beer and leave without giving this place any more of my money. The waitress brings out 2 coors light bottles, places one in front of me and one to my coworker. I was about to drink when I noticed my 12 oz bottle only had about 9 oz of beer in it. My coworker's beer was full. I complained to the waitress who tried to give me an excuse of how it happened.
