Trailer Birds — Restaurant in Lancaster

I've ordered from this location twice now hoping that the experience would be different. I like to give places more than one opportunity as I know things happen sometimes. Each time I've ordered from there nothing in my order has been correct. The chicken sandwiches I've ordered came without cheese or sauce, so it was just plain chicken strips (I ordered hot each time), I never got my side (I ordered Mac and cheese each time) and I never got my hot chicken tots (both times). Originally i thought that i got someone else's order, by my reciept was in the bag with all the correct items listed, just noon of themin the bag. I will not be ordering...

I ordered tater tots. They gave me fries. I ordered hot chicken. They gave me plain chicken strips. I will keep contacting Postmates until my order is fully refunded. This was the worst chicken I have ever tasted I got the no heat and it was mild. I order Cajun tots and got regular seasoned French fries and the sprite was very watered down and they just put ice in it overall the experience was terrible. This place is waste of money never will I order again...
