This has got to be the worst Kentucky fried Chicken in the state of Texas and the service goes right along with the chicken. So I went to this establishment to get two of the chicken wraps which my daughter suggested I should try and so I did. So I arrived at the store and you have to order your food on this kiosk and I did and I was impressed because of the speed of service I received. I mean by the time I turned around the young lady was at the counter with my order which seems strange but I was impressed because I was like everything is about SPEED and SERVICE but the QUALITY was not there. Once I received my chicken wraps I proceeded right across the street which is about 10-15 seconds in a vehicle to the QT to get me something to drink with it because I don't drink sodas. Once I pulled to the pump I decided to take a bite just to try it and it was cold. So now I'm upset because as I said it's only 10 to 15 seconds from KFC to the QT in a car. I immediately called the restaurant and told Them about the product and the young lady who answered the phone automatically went into defense mode and started telling me that it wasn't cold and I told the young lady I said why would I call you if I was satisfied with this and her reply to me was what does that have to do with me. I replied you are an employee it has everything to do with you. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and then the phone was disconnected. I waited a moment and I called back and had a chance to speak with the manager and she was somewhat okay to speak with but at the same time she was telling me that the young lady who served the food did not hang up on me and my statement was how would you know that if you was not on the phone when she handed it to you is it not possible she handed you a phone that had been already disconnected by her. So she said yes that could be true. In the meantime she was not willing to make this right at any point so I told her at that time I will be calling customer service and I will be writing a review about the store. I write these reviews because one I enjoy doing it and two it sends out a bell alarm to those who want to get great service and great food and also let those know that the restaurants that I give bad reviews to are ones they need to stay away from. This is the worst review I have ever written and I mean I do not and will not ever go back to this establishment by means. Actually I don't even go to this restaurant because of the service and the food they give you so I drive 8 mi to cedar Hill KFC where the food is always fresh in which that's what customers Pay for. FRESH HOT FOOD. You have been warned and I will post the receipt and I will post the location I should have kept them cold wraps and taken pictures of them but I threw them away. Read moreEditing my original review: The manager contacted me and offered to remake my complete order. I was in today at 11am and they made good on their offer. Everything ordered was made. The chicken tenders were plump and juicy, the mashed potatoes were fantastic. The lids were on both gravies and the chicken nuggets were in the bag. Perhaps it was an off evening when I was there the 1st time. It happens. I wanted to thank both managers who assisted me, and the employees today who were made this update possible. I appreciate you!

Several issues with my order today.
If I am paying $42.73, I expect some type of quality for that amount.
My nuggets are missing. (No one answered when I called.)
The lid was not put on one of the gravys properly, and it has poured inside the bag onto everything else.
The mashed potatoes are SOUP. They shouldn't be runny.
Asked for butter and honey, was told they no longer carry butter. How can you serve biscuits without butter? The honey???!! 10 packets, all stuck together and covered in honey also dripping down into the bag.
These chicken tenders are all small, thin and rubbery. Wasnt offered any dipping sauces. None in bag.
1 spork. I was given 1 spork for a FAMILY meal. Seriously?

It's so unfortunate that good service no longer exists overall in the food industry. I chose to visit KFC Wacahachie instead of going a little ways down to Dickeys to purchase mashed potatoes and corn. I had been at the hospital with my husband all day, and that's what he asked for. When we got home, the corn was terrible. It looked old and partially burned. I contacted the manager to request a refund because I was too tired to drive back after the long day I'd already had. But she told me she was not allowed to give refunds and that there is a sign stating they don't give refunds posted. I'm not sure where that is. I didn't see nor look for it, but I guess we should all start looking for that in all restaurants. First of all, that corn should not have been served to anyone. Heck, pigs and hogs wouldn't eat it. Secondly, there is no consideration for asking people to use their time and fuel to drive back to get another item that I really didn't want. Third, I assume they have a no refund disclaimer due to people requesting funds back because of unacceptable food being served to people, not to mention the ridiculous cost of an order of corn.
