Burger King — Restaurant in DeSoto

I will NEVER attempt to dine at this location again!!!

The order-taker in the drive-thru did not pay attention to what Inwas ordering. He kept interrupting or asking me to "hold on."

When he was handing me my order, he asked me to use two hands because the bag was ripped!

Never asked me what I wanted to drink with my 2 Whopper meals but gave me 2 cokes when I arrived at the window.

One of the meals was wrong.

I went into the store and (rather than complain, since I was already having a bad day and my stress level was already "through the roof") and purchased a sandwich to replace the one they made erroneously and purchased 2 drinks to replace the 2 cokes (since I can't drink caffeine for medical reasons and my wife only drinks Diet Coke).

Tried to speak to the manager once I received my replacement items but she did understand me saying "I want to talk to you" because she was on the phone talking with another manager (?) about the drive-thru worker who was complaing that he was supposed to be leaving, and insisting that if he stayed late to train a new employee that he was not coming in tomorrow.

Get home...the drinks I order are noting but carbonated water!

I have had to many bad experiences with this location to ever do business...

I visited Burger King on Beckley yesterday evening. I suggested that I and my niece order the impossible burger. I've had it before at another burger King and it was delicious. Not so much at this Burger King. My niece order the meal, I order the sandwich only. This is Burger King right. Have it your way. We asked for extra mayo. They put so much mayo on my niece burger the bread was soggy and she had to wipe some of it off. I asked for my burger to be cut in half, and it wasn't. I was ok with that given I didn't order the burger until I got to the window. So when we get home I'm eating said burger and I look down and its under cooked, still pink in the middle. I'm thinking I just ate a RAW veggie burger" I called and called and I didn't get an answer last night nor this morning. Did I mentioned they didn't give me a receipt, which makes me feel they knew it was under cooked. Never the less. If I or her get sick. (She is pregnant). The lawyers won't have a problem gatherings the video. I've been in the bathroom most of the morning. Smh. Thanks Burger King. I promise we...

I come to the Burger King at this location often and it seems they close whenever they feel like it. The closing times change from 9 pm, 10 pm, and sometimes even 8 pm. On Google, it says they close at 10:00 pm every day. I have gotten here multiple times at 8:00-9:00 pm and they said they were closed. When I drove up to the window and asked them why their closing times kept changing, I got no response. However, this one experience I had at this Burger King a few days ago really ticked me off. I got up there at about 9:14 pm, an hour before 10:00 pm (which is supposed to be their real closing time), and the lady on the speaker says "at this time we are currently closed". Then I said "last time I came here they told me they close at 10:00 pm, so what is your actual closing time?" Before I could finish, she said "Now", in a very disrespectful tone. I asked again what was their actual closing time and she didn't respond. So basically, this is one of the worst burger king's I've been to and I won't be returning. They can keep their poor attitudes and sub-par customer service...
