Tastee Ice — Restaurant in DeSoto

My family and I went to Tastee Ice on yesterday 6/4/20. As we were sitting waiting on our order, there was a car in front of us holding a sno cone that was given to him. The sno cone was then given back to the employee and sat on the counter with other already made sno cones. Once it was my turn to pull up, the same employees picked up a cup to hand to me and I asked was that my order and he said yes, which I replied no, and said I wasn't taking that and requested for another to be made. The employee stated that the previous customer touched it with a napkin and that it didn't enter his vehicle, I said don't care, that's nasty, with everything going on, I don't know what he has and asked why is this an issue and even a discussion. I again asked the employee not to provide me with that same sno cone and to get rid of it and he stated that he was going to, and I replied if that was true you would have already trashed it at the time the customer had giving it back, but you were trying to still sell it to me, and lie and pretend as though it was remade. The employee rolled his eyes turned around tossed the sno cone out of the cup and said now you've seen me throw it away, and then again closed the window and started talking to the other employees, at that point the other three people inside started to look over his shoulder into my car at me. I asked for the managers number to report the incident and he said the manager doesn't have a number, I responded so how do you know when to come in and contact about your pay when a guy from the back shouted, we have his number but we're not giving it to you. The employee at the window said if I wanted he will take my number and have the manager call me, and I declined and said I need to actually make sure he is aware of this and not have my number trashed time I drive off and he's asked so your not leaving your number, I said no, and informed that I will be there in person to speak with him on another day when he is there and the employee said whatever , have me the rest of my order...

I have been visiting this place for years. My children look forward to going to Tastee Ice . Never had a problem with the flavor, cream add on, LITERALLY NOTHING. Took my daughter today and our snowcones were so bland and not flavorful at all. Took the snowcones back literally 2 MINUTES later & they poured juice in the snowcones and made them juicy instead of snow cone like. The snowcones was so juicy my three year old would have drank the entire “SNOWCONES” like JUICE out of a straw. Asked for them to be remade, they told me I would have to purchase two new snow cones. I asked to speak to the manager or even the managers number the little boy said he didn’t want to speak to me. Asked for the manager’s number the little girl with black and honey blonde box braids said she didn’t have the number. This used to be the go-to place now I will NOW direct everyone elsewhere with this type of service. The line is super long and they take they time to make freaking snowcones.
