I've been coming to this location for two years and I'm not really sure if they cut back on proper customer service or how to run a tropical smoothie, but in the last two weeks I've ordered an online purchase for pick up. I give them a adequate amount of time to make it, I arrive both times and my order is not ready but yet there are over 5 smoothies on their to go table and none were mine. Now I've waited more than 10 minutes each time for my order. Whats the point of ordering a head if they aren't going to meet the required time I suggested for. I've been to many locations near Detroit, my favorite being in ferndale. I live near this location but NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE, I even told the lady with locs and glasses that this is the second time this happened within a week and all she said was “ well do you not have time to wait “ in a nasty attitude and I don't respect people who disrespect the customer believe me I was a general manager for a 2 million dollar fast food company so I know how service is supposed to be ran, especially when the customer is the one done wrong! Read moreThere’s no way it’s extremely cold inside store. This is not great working conditions. The weather is -2 outside and thermostat is only on 71 after having asked it to be cut up from 69. I’ll contact whoever I need to contact about these conditions. Because when expressing yourself about how you feel here goes unanswered. Customers are complaining and the only response we get is we don’t have control over the thermostat. They want you to go above and beyond when you can barely feel your fingers and toes.. Rhonda only cares about changing date dot stickers when food has gotten bad instead of getting rid of it. I’ll be reaching out to every news station and better business bureau because I didn’t know you can get let go from a job after complaining how extremely cold you are. Read moreNothing wrong with what I ordered, but the people that worked there rather. Never going to this location in particular again. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. First, I ordered a super green Caesar salad and the cashier cashed it as a wrap. I brought it up to her and there was no issue with remaking it. The fact that they brought out the salad and the staff member who gave it to me practically shoved it in my face was uncalled for. Not only that, but the woman yelling out for my friend to get her smoothie was absolutely rude. When she called out for my smoothie, she didn’t even try to say the name and just yelled across the building saying, “Excuse me!”.
