Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Diamond

I just recently ordered a New York style pizza and before eating, I was compelled to call the store to let them know how well the pizza was made. As a previous GM for Papa John's as well as a training Manager for Little Caesars, I think this may have been the best pizza I have seen come out of a chain restaurants oven. Kudos to Eric and his crew as it simply does not get better than this. The food there is always good, but this was on another level. I could not make a better pizza myself with same amount and type of ingredients.

Food is always hot, fresh, and priced well as are some other chains in town. The staff sets this place above the rest. I want to give a heartfelt appreciation to them. On 02/07 I had an issue with a payment and the staff went above and beyond to help. Kudos to the way they do business, especially as they are such a large chain restaurant. The extra effort is often not afforded to such. They gained a customer for life and will now be my "go-to" quick stop for lunch or dinner in town. A++ to those who helped. You guys are almost as awesome as your pizza and prices!

There is a big difference in fast food chain restaurants' quality, often dependent upon the work of the staff. These guys are the best. You can taste the difference between this Domino's location and the rest.

I placed an online order today August 2nd around 4:20 at store #2828. Delivery time was 4:54. I was out front waiting for the driver the whole time. Nobody showed up so I called the store at 5:09 they told me the food would be here soon. I live less then 5 minutes away from dominos. So I said I would like a remake and I will pick it up myself since my food wasn't here and it would be cold if it ever arrived. I was told ok that they would make it. When I arrived at the store I was told they were not finding any remake. Then when I told them my address of where the food was supposed to be delivered I was told by the lady in the window that she personally delivered it to my front porch and she saw me mowing the grass. First off I don't mow any grass I live in a rental that has no grass. Second why would I be picking up a remake of my order if I received my food like she said. I would have been at home enjoying my food. She was very ignorant to me telling me the customer that I was wrong. I just wanted my food which she delivered to the wrong house or kept for herself. I received a refund so that was a plus but...

Second attempt. Two pizzas. One was cold. One was extra pepperoni, but came with no pepperoni. Trash. Trash pizza. Run. Run far away. Replacement pizza had pepperoni, but not extra as was ordered.

Cold pizza. Missing ranch for wings. 37 minutes from "quality check" to delivery. Poor performance in general.

Trash. Trash. Trash.

Went back. Craving pasta. The pasta primavera?? Compared to the advertisement it looks like I got about half the promised pasta and what was there was just sad.
