Delivery drivers will consistently NOT deliver the food, lie about it, and the staff at the store get snotty about it. When we told them repeatedly our food wasn’t here, the girl on the phone said they’d “send the driver out to find it.” Which is gross and ridiculous. Not fighting with these people over it anymore. Just go to Jersey Mike’s in Morris.

Ordered delivery from this location, the food never came. When we called back the woman stated she would void the order. The order was never voided and I never received a refund even though I also never received the food and tipped $7. Customer service at this location is horrible. Tonight the kids wanted Jimmy Johns for dinner. When I tried ordering on the website, it said I was one block outside the delivery area. When I called the store, the manager Justine made sure we were left hungry. She made it so we got our food and was super nice and helpful. Nobody wants to deal with BS on a Monday night trying to order food for their family. She made my night with her professionalism and kind nature. Highly recommend...
