Arby's is typically our go to restaurant for fast food. Today my son and I stopped in around lunchtime. We ordered a large Soda, water and two sandwiches. When the cups were pulled, several stuck together. I watch the lady at the register place her hand inside the cup to pull them apart and then gave us the cup that had just had her unwashed hand on the inside. I am not a paranoid individual who is bothered by much and at first I wasn't going to write a review but I am now writing, hoping the management reads this in order to discuss sanitary behaviors with their employees. I am not writing this as a negative review in regards to food quality, the food is always fresh and seems to be high quality. Typically everyone there is pleasant and polite. The service is always relatively fast. The restaurant remains a clean and pleasant atmosphere to dine. My complaint is due to hygienic practices. I nearly threw away my cup after watching someone's unwashed hand placed several inches inside the cup to assist in pulling several cups apart. I decided to rinse it out thoroughly instead of throwing it away. It did make me wonder what protocol might be for Arby's employees and their typically food preparation practices. I'm sure that in the food preparation area there would be different standards and certainly hope so . I do appreciate any response...
Read moreI have enjoyed Arby's for so many years, all the way from North Carolina to California and from Florida to New York. Now, I have definitely found the worst one, out of all of them. They absolutely do not care about their customers. Also never order online, because if your order goes wrong, these people definitely don't care. We ordered on line for a pickup. When we hit enter to go for pick up time, it completed the order. We thought that it would be like everyone else's restaurant, completed in 10 minutes. When I received the email receipt, I noticed the time for pick up was at 10:15 am. It doesn't have a date at all. I called them so many times and they don't answer. So I sent the email to my wife so she could wait while they make the order. She went in to explain what had happened, these customer hating people, told her that she had to contact Arby's main office, or come back the next day for pick up. So we told them to cancel the order, or at least don't process it for tomorrow. They didn't do that either, they processed it. So this is the only 5 stars that I am thinking that they deserve. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Worst...

I don't do diet so she called inside & told the lady to please make it a regular instead of diet. The lady said "sure, no problem, I was actually doing your drinks right now*. I went on inside. The bag was already on the counter along with two drinks. There was two employees standing behind the counter. The older lady, believe she manager. They didn't know I was in there, I was standing kinda in the back by the drink machine. The older lady picked up the drink & told the young lady " this is for Michelle. She called & said to make this a regular Dr Pepper. She had ordered diet. When she comes in, if she ask about the drink, just tell her it's regular. I'm not remaking it".
