I wish there was a way to give no stars. My family and I had dinner here on 6/29/16 for the first time ever and this restaurant is the worst. Upon seating us the hostess (Who looks like Vince the Slap Chop guy) told our waiter as I came back from looking at Reggie Whites jersey (which there was garbage all over the floor back by the jersey) that "You're gonna serve them, I'm not serving them" and when our waiter finally showed up after 20mins she had an attitude and was more concerned with talking to the table behind us (Big party and as everyone knows, the bigger the party, the bigger the tip).
Now on to the food. I've worked at KFC in Woodstock, GA for 10yrs before moving to TN and I know all there is about Chicken, how its cooked, how long its been since being cooked and how the Chicken is prepared. These wings are a sad excuse and shouldn't even be called food for human consumption. The wings were at least two days old and by the look and taste there were reheated in either a Microwave or a quick dip in the deep fryer and Fries that came with our order were as old as George Burns' balls.
When you're in the restaurant business and when people, families choose to have dinner at your establishment and you treat them this way and serve them crap with a smile and expect a tip, the only tip I have for you is a quote from the great Heisenberg (Because I'm pretty sure he knows a thing or two about cooking): Listen and...
Read moreCame in pretty late on Friday the 24th as our event hadn't ended until late into the night. My 2 friends and I had split the bill but apparently she expected large tips from ALL of us, because I know for a fact I left my receipt to my meal blank and only signed my name after asking my friend clearly if he had already left her a tip. Apparently that wasn't enough. It's ok, I already know what happened. Angry woman saw a blank slip, probably forgot it was part of a shared table, and upcharged for a tip to "teach the customer a lesson." Well, I was born and raised in the Dickson area. I moved to Clarksville for the past few years but trust me when I say I would come into that Buffalo Wild Wings and make sure yall would get taken care of. I recognized MANY employees in there including the very server that ripped tip money from my card. What if not everyone at a table has the money to tip (which is the case, and why I'm writing this review), a $5-10 tip from ONE of the people at the table is the same as receiving a $5 or $10 tip after seating a family or other party. So why forcibly take more. Honestly, I already knew calling up about this issue would result in unprofessional behavior and a "oh well sir do you want to come in and PROVE that you didn't write a tip in your receipt?", so I'm not even going to waste my time seriously. Just know you lost an extremely valuable...
Read moreQuality went down & price went up, This was my third visit to BWW in Dickson & will be my last, Food was prepared poorly, obviously due to laziness. I won’t bore you with details. Had to ask for manager & she came over , slid into the booth opposite of where I’m seated as to join me , unprofessional! I explained the problem being wings only seasoned on one side and asked if this was the norm, she replied no & took my wings back to the kitchen for a remake. No apology and I got the impression it was my fault.Food was not good even the 2nd attempt. The same meal I had 2 days earlier for $14 was now over $ 22, after placing $25 on the corner of the table with the bill, the server takes the money and never even offers my change back, after about 10 min. she sees I’m am not leaving and brings me some of my change back, obviously too lazy to make change of a dollar bill . I have passed this restaurant dozens of times wondering where all the cars were at. I understand now why the place always looks to be empty. Very disappointed with food, price, service as well as management. I will not be going back and absolutely do not recommend BWW...
