Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Dickson

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I’d never been there before and we chose to go there for my birthday. Before we even approached the counter, the woman was looking at us with impatience and we weren’t greeted. She mumbled our total to us, we placed our order, and my husband asked for ketchup to go with the large bucket of fries they sell. They acted like it was killing them to give us freaking ketchup, and they only gave him 5 packets. When those inevitably ran out, he went back to ask for more and the guy said they’re almost out of ketchup so he only gave us 2 more packets. They were out of lids for their drink cups so our kids were disappointed that they couldn’t take their drinks with us when we left. They both looked as though they hated their miserable lives so much that they would gladly step in front of a Mack truck and end it. If I had known that, we wouldn’t have bought drinks. Honestly, if I had known they’d be stingy with the ketchup we would’ve eaten somewhere else. I won’t ever...

Had been doing very well, but my last two trips have been very sub-standard. Went in last week and found that my order - one regular, one small - were both smalls, so lost out on that one. Went in today, and after finally asking who I was picking up for after I'd been in there for 5+ minutes (near pickup spot) they said they were still working on it. Fine. However I saw them finish my hot item, and 5ish minutes later they eventually finished my cold sub. However no one checked to see for pickup. Finally asked after my hot item was there for over 10 minutes if I could have my food since I could see it all. Seemed awfully put out for me actually wanting it before it was ice (and it was cold by the time...

Went once and won’t do it again. Food is less than a get for the price. The Italian was suppose to be on wheat and have pickle and no onion but they just did it the way they wanted. Good thing I didn’t eat much since I have food allergies to onions. My son couldn’t finish the Caesar wrap that was overloaded with dressing. The pizza sub was greasy and no pizza sauce so not sure how it’s a pizza sub. Oh well be and done.

When ordering all you heard was from the person in charge this isn’t McDonald’s we don’t do combos. Well one you’re a sub shop so not comparable. If you want a comparable then I would say gas station food that’s been sitting around with no flavor. Wasn’t impressed by the...
