I had ordered a delivery order on the 19th of December. Said it was supposed to be delivered between 9:50 and 10:10 PM. Called the restaurant because normally I get a notification that someone was bringing my delivery. The first phone call said it had not sent out yet but my order was to be next in line to be delivered and it was getting close to the 9:50 PM time so then I didn’t come and I called approximately around 10:20 PM and asked if my Delivery was on the way. She said yes it has went out waited. My pizza never showed up. My front door is at my kitchen and I was in my kitchen Baking at the time so no one knocked. No one called to let me know my delivery was there. I just so happened to go take out my trash and there is my order sitting on my steps already cold. The cheese was so cold It had done hard. Call the restaurant made my complaint and she was going to issue me my refund with she said that I should receive it within 3 to 5 business days and that they was also going to give me a $20 credit in the store. Which I accepted those terms But as of right now On January 4, I still have not received that refund. I have called the store and assistant manager said she was in training said that she would write my information down and she would give it to the store manager that was coming in at 4:00 PM that evening and she would have someone call me. No one called me. Couple days later I go into the restaurant and talk to the same manager that said I was gonna get my refund back on the 19th. She was there on Thursday, January 2. She said yes she remembers the incident so she had me to write all my information down which I did. I wrote down my name my phone number my address exactly what I ordered and exact amount of my refund and she also told me that someone would give me a call and would be in contact with me And she keeps telling me that they changed owners on that particular day that I ordered my food. That has nothing to do with my refund and that’s the excuse I keep getting, but there’s no excuse of a store manager and a supervisor or owner operator for not returning my call or listening to the complaint. So on January The fourth I go into the store to find out why no one‘s contacted me to let me know what’s going on. And they and that same manager that was there Thursday was there tonight and she’s like no one‘s contacted you. I said no they have not so I wanted the number to the supervisor and they told me that since it was The other owner operators that this new owner operator was gonna send me a check in the mail for my refund so I told him to put it in writing and I wanted a contact number so now I’m gonna have to wait even longer to get my refund and wait for check. This is definitely not good customer service skills or customer business at all. I ordered: 1medium pizza with pineapple, green olives and extra cheese on thin crust 1medium pizza thin crust with mushrooms , spinach and extra cheese 1 chicken Cesar salad 1 , 2liter of coke Once I got the delivery I signed the receipt closed my door sat down to eat and opened boxes and there were no green olives on pineapple pizza. I called the store in Dickson and person on other end asked how to help. I stated I just had a delivery and one pizza was missing ingredient “green olives” mind you , I have my order on my app and the receipt they sent to my email with my complete order on it. So, I proceeded to tell “manager” it was wrong she said no, you didn’t have green olives on the order I said I do and have proof. Her response was,” well we Dont do green olives anymore “. End of conversation. This did not sit well with me so I called back like 10 mins later asked for “Manager” she said I am the “Manager” I said well we just spoke and I have proof of my order and the green olives. She said well we Dont do green olives, I said since when? Because last week you did. She in return replied as of yesterday when we ran out so we won’t be doing green olives no longer because they don’t get ordered enough. I said why didn’t you call me and ask if I wanted to replace the green olives? Her response was , again” it’s not on your order “ I said I have proof they are and she kept escalating instead of deflating the situation, not apologizing and I said well what can we do about this? Her response was” well it’s not like you paid for the green olives. Uhm, yes I did because I added them as extra topping. So…. Read moreI ordered a BUILD YOUR OWN pizza. All I requested was light pizza sauce. And for my meat I chose Philly steak. I have ordered this exact pizza for YEARS. When I got the pizza It had no pizza sauce, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and NO Philly steak. We tried to return It and were told that It was the correct pizza. The lady was extremely rude and shut the window in the middle of us explaining how that is not our pizza. I ended up calling to speak with someone else who also proceeded to say “if you didn’t want mushrooms, peppers, and onions you needed to specify that in the notes or comments online before placing your order” which makes absolutely no sense because again I BUILT my pizza and only requested TWO things to be on my custom pizza.
