Laredo's Burrito and Taco Shop — Restaurant in Dickson

Terrible experience with this restaurant. Placed an order on their website and when they messed up the order they refused to handle the refund and I had to call the company that hosts their website to get a refund. I ordered fajitas and they called asking what that meant. How do they not know!? Why is it on their menu if they don’t know what it is? I also ordered a 3for3 combo and they didn’t know what that was either. Instead of asking me or even telling me they weren’t familiar with the menu item (that again, was on their own menu) they just left it out. I got home and was missing an entire meal and had a person with no dinner. When I called I got no help with a refund and they still maintain they don’t know what the item is. I’ve ordered it in the past with no problem, but apparently fajitas and the combo are suddenly ‘unknown’ items. Don’t know if the problem comes down to incompetence or laziness, either way, we...

Since the opening of Loredo's, I have had the opportunity to dine on at least 5 separate occasions. There have been absolutely no disappointments with any of my visits. The ingredients all appear and taste.wonderfully fresh. The service professionals ate in tune to your order and the food is freshly prepared. On my last visit my wife and I split a barbacola nacho order with all of the ammenities and accompiments and it "mucho delisioso'. The nacho orders like the burritos are very large so plenty to share or to take home. Also I would like to mention the atmosphere here is very nice and relaxing, it is a nice place to dine alone and even sit and relax for a while after the meal. This litte taco shop in Dixon is a hidden gem by the Applebee,s & the Salvation Army , In a small strip mall .The place is small you can sit down or take out.They have a counter were you can see all the meat,s like carnitas, carne asada, ect bean,s rice, guac,pico red & greens sause,s all the fixins yes they even have cheese sause you tell them what you want and how you like it. Now this is real Mexican food not your chain place where they have those bar,s counters that make your stuff NO.
