Went in 1/26/25 ordered large pepperoni pizza 30% off and redeem my FREE cheese bread from a survey. They didn't know how to redeem the cheesy bread so I said never mind I'll just use it another time it's fine. The order should have been $11.51 but instead I was charged $17.07 ... They couldn't figure out how to make it right so I said well can I just get some wings since the money is already gone they said NO because of inventory. They voided the order of $17.07 and told me the money should be there and if I could check and it wasn't and she asked me to pay again and I said because that money hadn't returned. They made my pizza and the cheesy bread and said since they messed up It'll be free. I went outside came back with a tip. I spoke the manager who said she was the GM (Kathy or Karen) on 1/29/25 . This person was extremely rude . I asked her how long it takes for a refund but instead she continued to talk over me and with me. She told me that they didn't take any money from me and I have the receipt. I called my card and the refund is still on hold. I told her that and the GM asked me was I done. That's what pissed me off. I asked her if something was wrong with her,I'm a customer and only asked when the money will be refunded and I said you are extremely rude ... This moron says "I'm only getting a attitude because I'm frustrated" then turned around and said she never said that then these calls are recorded... So I said good because not only are you rude / unprofessional you're a liar as well ... She says "are you done"...just wondering how she got that position, she hung up on me...it seems like because I asked for a manager she got on the phone in defense mode because she thinks all customers are the same. I've never had that issue at this place not one single time. Everybody I have encountered has been exceptional. But it's always that 1 person that's always bad for business. I tell so many people about moving to Dickson and having my favorite pizza place almost walking distance. I order from here alot. The GM is a bozo who should not work with people at all... Read moreAfter ordering I told the young lady who took my order that I did not want the young man to make my crust because the previous 5 pizza doughs were prepared by a man without gloves. The woman taking my order proceeded to take over the crust preparation. I do feel like I waited a little extra (total 45 min) because I brought it to their attention, but I did have a pretty good size order too. My order was $70, but if it'd had been at any other price +/-, I would still expect to be treated as well as the next person who ordered. The lady was extremely nice & I'm extremely satisfied with her service and the 2-pizza makers who worked strictly making pizza. I had tried to order online @ 10:50am but their App was messing up, so I had to walk inside to order. By not ordering in the App, I lost my $3 off on my Deluxe pizza & to get my pinoli (their version of a stromboli) @ $5.99 as well as to use my 20% off code because she said the code can only be applied in the app. It would have been nearly $17.00 cheaper. A bill for $53 is always better...

She looked at me with a disgusting look on her face , and STILL HAS NOT GREETED ME. I stand there for just a few seconds and then let her know that i have a carry out order. The entire interaction, the young landy had her phone in her hand texting someone, with AirPods in. I added 2 garlic sauces to my order last minute, she acted extremely bothered to add the extra charge, even though i hadn’t paid for my order yet. Once she handed the pizza to me, I stood there for a second waiting for her to grab the garlic sauces. She proceeded back to her phone, and i asked her for the sauces i had paid for, without looking up from her phone she grabbed the sauce and handed them to me.
