Order d a meal for pickup to go on Feb 23. Quickly realizes I ordered it at the Dickson location and not the Franklin location, where I worked. Re-ordered it for the correct location and called to cancel the order at the Dickson location. They told me my order was cancelled.
Fast forward a day or two - my credit card was charged for the cancelled meal. Called, spoke to a manager, she said it would be refunded.
A week goes by - still no refund. Call again, they told me I'd be refunded.
Another week goes by - still no refund. Call again, told the same thing - yet again.
Here we are - March 22nd - one day shy of being a full month since I cancelled an order, and my card is still being charged for $11.02 and no refund has been given.
A) I shouldn't have still been charged anyway when I quickly cancelled the order
B) don't lie to me multiple times and tell me I'll get a refund to not give it to me.
You charged me for a meal I did not receive. And have yet to refund me...a month later....

McAlister's Deli is a welcome addition to Dickson's foodie fare with it's local-themed decor. There's outdoor seating, an expansive indoor seating with booths and tables along with a section for large groups. Everything was clean, the tables were cleared immediately and wiped. Staff brought our food and was very courteous making McAlister's a great stop for lunch. Prices are amazing for the HUGE amount of sandwich and soup you get for just the half portions! I swear they put the full amount of meat for my 'New Yorker' Pastrami sandwich on the half bread slice, and the cup of soup was easily a bowl...

Was so excited for a McAlisters Deli in Dickson, but it’s almost impossible to go here for lunch because it takes 20 minutes to get through the line and another 20 to get your order. I’ve been several times since opening day and there’s never more than one person working the cash register right at lunch hour. That poor soul is always super nice and apologetic about the wait, and of course it isn’t their fault. They actually feel terrible because they know it’s frustrating. Really should consider adding an extra hand to the registers and finding a way to get the food out quicker because right now the only option for lunch is to order ahead and...
