First of all, the girl working the counter was so sweet and patient with me as a first timer. Menu prices are pretty fair given food costs these days. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sliders to go, which comes with three sliders. There was almost no meat on the third slider, which was kind of a bummer, but the flavor was great, which I didn't expect given the appearance. The fries were just average for me. I also got an ice cream cone while waiting, and it was so nice to be able to get a hand-scooped ice cream cone (soft serve is boring!). First time I'd had a REAL ice cream cone in ages. The restaurant has an old school jukebox that unfortunately doesn't work, but it's a cool piece of decor. This place is just an old mom & pop-style hole in the wall type of place. You're not getting 5-star dining - you're getting a quaint, old school dining experience. Hopefully this is one place that never remodels to "modernize". These hole in the wall joints are disappearing, and the charm of this place is the nostalgia - right down to the sky blue cinderblock. I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu and grab another ice cream cone.

What a great lil find in Dickson! The food was delicious! We had the hand patted fresh burgers and a fried bologna sandwich...both were extremely delicious...fries and tots were hot and crispy...Mac n cheese bites were delicious. We always like to find the Lil local owned places wherever we go and Stuffy's Frosty Jug did not disappoint! We'll be back and will be trying the shaved ice and ice cream!

Food was average, nothing amazing. I had a chocolate shake but it didn't have much flavor and it was like the ice cream they used was old. The fries were good. The hamburger could've used more seasoning. The inside of the place could use a good cleaning since the decorations by the register looked dusty and the floor by the arcade machine was dirty. The employee was pleasant when taking my order.

We went through the drive thru at about 5:45 on Monday. No one in front of us, one vehicle in the parking lot. After waiting quite awhile we were asked to park in the lot as other cars were now waiting behind us. Half an hour after ordering the girl finally brought our food out. We were missing a drink and since it had taken so long, I looked at the 4 milkshakes we ordered. Mostly melted by the time we got them. We told her this right away and she said she could remake them but it’s going to be awhile because they had other ice cream orders to make first. I asked for a refund and gave them back. She came back out again several minutes and said her manager needed my card to refund us. I went inside to get a refund because it had already been over half an hour and we weren’t even getting what was already paid for. Manager could not have cared any less. Mumbled a “yeah sorry” took my card, handed me a receipt and didn’t say another word. Get home with our cold food and had gotten mini burgers instead of a chicken sandwich. I called back right away and the same girl was once again apologizing for the delay and mix up but said it’s just what they gave her. She got the manager, explained who we were and that we now had the wrong food. Again, mumbled a sorry and handful of excuses about that’s how the milkshakes are and it’s not their fault as they do the best they can. I explained I’m trying really hard to be nice about it but after trying to support a small local business, waiting for over half hour for melted ice cream, cold food and not even getting what we ordered isn’t our fault. Instead of blowing it off and trying to make it right, taking responsibility for bad service from start to finish, he just gave the impression that he really didn’t care one way or the other and was annoyed that I wanted my money back for melted ice cream that I didn’t take and a missing sandwich. We definitely won’t be going back but I hope the manager takes into consideration accountability and sincerity may go a long ways if this happens to...

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I have been a server for 6 years and I know how customers can get but the way I was treated made my stomach twist. We have been to stuffy’s 2-3 times and always loved it but I guess it’s because our food was never wrong. I asked for a chicken Philly with all the toppings and was sad to find out when I got home that there were only grilled onions on it. When I called back a younger girl answered the phone and said “uhm okay I just got here so I’m not sure.” didn’t offer to get anybody else or help us fix the situation we just sat in silence. When I finally asked for someone else a guy answered the phone and said “yeah I know there are green peppers on that because I made it. Also it doesn’t come with anything else unless you ask for it.” A little my fault I guess because I didn’t specify onions, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles…but on the menu it says it can come with all that upon request so I thought maybe they knew what I meant when I asked for the toppings….or again good customer service would have been to specify with me. So I decided to go down there and just get a refund. When I got there the lady up front argued with me about asking again and then proceeded to take my sandwich out of the bag, open it up and POKE at it until she found ONE SLIVER of green pepper and said “yep it has green pepper” after going back and forth for another second she went through the rest of my order and after finding out my kid had already at the patty off his hamburger that cost two dollars she said she wasn’t gonna refund me for anything that had been eaten. Ok ha save your $2 you’re gonna need it when y’all close down because y’all are awful people...
