Im sorry but this is NOT a review from a friend lol...we just moved to area from New Orleans and thought we would give it a try....SO SHOCKED because Etouffe IS NOT DARK or watery and the gumbo....NOOOOO I wish when people say they sell CAJUN or CREOLE food it does NOT come from a jar and add water...im sorry but NOTHING here surpasses the taste buds for southern...but...they did have good frozen...
