Long wait times

Dollar General has a great selection at good prices and does a great job in providing convenient shopping. The nearby Dollar General could do a better job in aligning staff to peak demand times. Many times I've had to wait several minutes in a line of more than 10 people because I took the risk of thinking I could grab one item more quickly at DG than I could by going to the supermarket. While the cashier is great, I'm surprised the store only seems to use one at a time regardless of shopping demand nor does it adjust for shoppers who have bought just a few things but have to wait until several shoppers with...

The new "manager" I mean woman with a ego problem... has a huge problem understanding her role as a "manager". I'm sure she needs retrained or fired for her lack of knowledge in customer service and needs work on her communication skills. On 3 separate occasions I have witnessed her unprofessionalism toward both employees and customers. She doesn't know the laws in the state georgia regarding tobacco sales... maybe she needs quiet desk job like at home away...

Love this store . The manager is always so nice to every customer. If you can't find something and you ask her she stops what she's doing and she helps you find it. And if she doesn't have it on the floor. She will go look in the back to see if she might have it. The store manager name is Teresa and she's wonderful at her job. She always make sure that you have a pleasant experience...
