Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dorado

I went today like I usually do and let me just say: First of all I dont even know why they couldnt fill up up my cups entirely with soda. That was the first red flag. I had ordered 3 box combos and the lady didnt even ask me what sauce I wanted 2nd red flag so as Im up at the window i ask her for ranch. She hesitates and gives me 1. So I have to ask again for more and explain I bought 3 combos. 3rd red flag when I get home and see my 3 piece chicken box. I usually receive good service but IDK what happened , are they trying to save money...

I loved Popeyes always but I went last week and ordered a combination of chicken and mashed potatoes, the whole order was tasteless. It didn't have any condiment. I think maybe the taste was changed for health reasons but I feel that not everybody has a dietary reason to eat out. I pay to eat good and tasteful foods. Some salt, garlic, oregano or other green leafs with good taste is needed. I've heard some people commenting the same thing and now...

I put one star because the respect to client is horrible. We order my sons food first and they said we did not order it. We were 4 people there and everyone heard that we did order it. When they gave us the food there were items missing. The cashier went back to the other employees and talk about us and started laughing.
