I made a reservation for my dad’s bday on Saturday night. When we got there we were waiting like 15min or even more at the hostess station and nobody went to take care of us. I had to talk to the bartender but he was so rude and said “ I’m not the hostess I’m the bartender so just go and ask someone else” there was NO hostess, NO manager, no nothing!! When I talked to a server she said “yea I’ll get u a table” but she just forgot abt us and kept doing what she was doing. Until I got really mad, the server finally came to give us a table. But our server FATTIMA M came to the table with a really bad attitude, she had like an annoying face🙄 and we never said anything to her, cuz we were looking to have a good time for my dad’s bday, we tried to be nice w her but she just had a bad attitude w us. We ordered the Tomahawk but we asked then to cut it on the table, not at the kitchen!! And she just ignored what we said cuz she brought it sliced from the kitchen. She made us feel uncomfortable since the first moment and as I said before, we were just looking to have a great experience on my dad’s bday. But now understand why she doesn’t care if she gives us a good or bad service. Cuz it doesn’t matter what service they give u, they’ll always include the tip on the checks. Read moreFirst I have to say the place looks cool, the candy bacon is awesome, and the flank steak was pretty good all having serious potential of being a hot new restaurant but the service and hospitality is horrible. My fiancé and I tried this restaurant out for brunch during Miami Spice and we both did the special menu they are offering. They explained its going to be a smaller portion for that menu and confirmed I’ll be getting two pieces of Fried chicken for the chicken and waffles dish. When the dish came out there was only one small thigh on the plate and then we were surprised when he brought two orders out when we only ordered one. He at least was professional and apologized and left both plates there as he corrects the order and prepares my fiancé’s dish right away. As we were waiting she started to nibble on the chicken and waffles To pass the time. This is where our experience drove off the cliff and exploded. The waiter returned to explain the manager wants him to take back the second order chicken and waffles as it was not what she ordered and if she continues to eat it he will have to charge us for it. He explained all this as she was in mid byte. We both had a confused look on our face as he is insisting to take the plate away. The worst experience on restaurant hospitality 101. Finally I asked again for a Pepsi and rum and I got it. Then when I want to order, the bartender was talking and I had to look at him and wave, so he can take my order. I was trying to get the bartender attention again and when he sawed me, he walked off. I wanted a glass of water and another worker gave it to me. Then another worker attended me when I finished dining and I asked for my to go order and they told me I had to wait because the bartender put in late. I asked to get a $5 bill in ones and they didn’t have it. I finally paid and gave the woman who gave me the the water the $5 dollar bill. I wanted to give her $3 dollars and $2 dollars to the other young woman who attended me but couldn’t because the restaurant didn’t have any change like I mentioned. Afterwards they bring my to go order and I left, but when I got home the sauce spilled because they put it sideways. I think , they should teach the bartender to pay more attention or just fired him.
