I purchased a 4 pound USDA Prime Boneless short rib on their website for pick up. At the time of purchase, the total was 34 dollars. I was disturbed when they sent me this message in spanish:

Hola, muchas gracias por su orden. Desafortunamente, no habíamos actualizado nuestro sitio web, y en este momento el asado de tira sin hueso está a 12.99 la libra. Si todavía está interesada me avisa. Le podemos dar una cantidad menos de 4 libras por lo que pago. Y si no, puede pagar la diferencia por las 4 libras.

They basically stated, although I made a purchase at a specific price, the had forgotten to update their website and would not be able to give me the item I paid for, for that specific price. To which I replied "That's not my concern, give me the item I paid for or you can refund me and lose a customer forever". Afterwards they sent me this:

Buenos dias, nos disculpa pero fue error de la página web. Ya le hicimos un rembolso de su dinero. Y cancelamos su orden. Ya debe recibir el dinero esta semana en su cuenta.

In summary, I will no longer be purchasing at this store. You can go to any grocery store and if they have a price tag on something, they will honor the price regardless of if it being an outdated price. Due to their negligence of their website, they want me to pay more or get less than the item I initially paid for. Wow! Super clean and very selective with the meat choices Fantastic local meat market! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience great. The quality of the meat is clearly the heart of their business, would definitely come back, and I recommend this business to anyone that’s looking for high quality meat. You can also, find the Green Egg BBQ and all Venezuelan types of Chorizo, Morcillas, even Carupanera; also Quesos Telita, Mano, Nata, Suero, tequeños, Todas las Chucherias….. Wow it’s my new place to buy, I can’t wait...

Hice un pedido de carne para ser enviada al estado de Indiana y llegó con una temperatura superior a 10 grados centígrados, eso quiere decir que la carne rompió la cadena de frío haciendo inseguro su consumo... enseguida me comuniqué con ellos y me dijeron que para proceder a la devolución del dinero debía enviar de regreso el producto y que ellos asumirían el costo del envío de devolución... ya han pasado casi dos semanas me devolvieron el dinero de la compra pero no el dinero del envío... he enviado email, he llamado y no me atienden... de seguro tienen caller ID y al ver mi número se rehúsan a atenderme... poco serios... no lo recomiendo en absoluto... seguiré intentando hasta que cumplan su palabra... que lamentable la atención al cliente de este establecimiento...

I placed an order for meat and Venezuelan sausages to be send to the State of Indiana, the meat arrived with a temperature above 50 degree Fahrenheit, broken the cold chain and making insecure the consumption. Right away I called and let them know that the products arrived in those conditions, they told me that to give my money back they need that the product must be returned and they would asume the shipping cost from Indiana to Doral, FL. They returned my money back from the purchase, however, is still pending the money from the shipping. I sent emails with the shipping invoice, I tried to call them, and I think they have caller ID and they can see my phone number because it’s kind of weird that none of my calls are not answered.
