my experience had nothing to do with the clothing they sale, my complain is about basic humanity. I came in to the store with a friend of mine (she was looking for a dress) and i requested to use the bathroom and in fact I express the urgency to go ( i have enlarged prostate and i need to urinate frequently ), i was told that the customer bathroom was full of boxes and the other one was the employee bathroom , again i express my urgency but i was denied again . in frustration i turned around and said (not yelled) "this is stupid and left the store”. i had to run to a restaurant in the same shopping center to be able to use the bathroom, when i came back my friend was next to the car telling me that the store employees were claiming i called them stupid and the situation became very uncomfortable and left the store. i did some research and Florida is not part of the Restroom Access Act, therefore the employee did not do anything illegal, only inhumane (think that i could have been your father or your grandfather). for the store manager, yes, your customer bathroom is not for public use. but having it full of boxes, is not this a fire violation in the...

I placed an order online. Arrived on time so 5 stars for service. Availability on their selections, is zero. Almost everything they have online is sold out. You might be in luck if you visit the store in person, but for out of state or online purchases their availability is below expected. Sizing: sizes are NOT US sizes. I ordered a large shirt and pant outfit, and they might fit someone between 8-10 size. It is not a true Large fit. At best a large 'medium'. So don't be expecting a true to fit sizing since their size line is way off. Also, the quality for the price, I would say is average. For the price I think you can find way better options at TJ Maxx or Rack stores. The clothe is beautiful and prices are good for what you are paying. The customer services is excellent, they have new merchandise every week . I always go when I need an outfit for an event or I need to buy a present for a friend. The clothe is casual, fashion and modern. I 100% recommend this store. Besides, the place is well located...
