Once in a blue moon, you encounter an extraordinary individual who possesses an energy that is infectious. At Tripping Animals, I experienced such a phenomenon, and it goes by the name of Vale! Her vivacity and charm infuse this remarkable Miami-based craft brewery, creating an unforgettable experience. And when she introduced me to their tantalizing Mexican lager, "No Mames," the supernatural adventure truly began!

From the moment I walked into Tripping Animals, the air was buzzing with excitement. The colorful and eccentric decor instantly transported me into a world of dreams and imagination. But amidst the fantastical atmosphere, it was Vale who truly stole the show. With her radiant smile and welcoming aura, she seamlessly weaved tales of the brewery's origin, its values, and of course, the remarkable "No Mames" beer.

As I took a sip of "No Mames," the tantalizing flavors danced across my palate, leaving me spellbound. This Mexican lager effortlessly combines tradition and innovation. The brewers at Tripping Animals have masterfully captured the essence of Mexico, creating a refreshing masterpiece that salutes the rich brewing heritage of the country. The crisp taste mingled with subtle notes of corn and malt, expertly harmonized into a symphony that left me yearning for more.

Vale's enthusiasm and knowledge about all things beer were truly enchanting. The way she skillfully described the intricate brewing processes and shared anecdotes about the craftsmanship behind "No Mames" made the entire experience even more captivating. Her passion acted as a catalyst, igniting my own desire to delve deeper into the world of craft brewing.

But the magic didn't stop there. Through Vale's guidance, I found myself soaring through Tripping Animals' extensive beer menu, discovering hidden gems and unique flavors that delighted and surprised me. Her unparalleled dedication to customer satisfaction and her ability to effortlessly connect with patrons make her an irreplaceable asset to the brewery.

In conclusion, my visit to Tripping Animals was nothing short of magical, thanks in large part to the effervescent presence of Vale. Her knowledge, passion, and warm spirit made the entire experience unforgettable. Coupled with their remarkable "No Mames" Mexican lager, Tripping Animals is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for every beer lover seeking a taste of the extraordinary.

So, the next time you find yourself yearning for exceptional beer and an enchanting experience, remember to make a pilgrimage to Tripping Animals and let Vale guide you through the whimsical wonderland of flavors. Cheers to Vale, and cheers to the spellbinding allure...

There are places that you go and forget, orders that you'll never forget. This is one of those, you'll make sure to never forget so you didn't go back. Terrible everything, I can not say one thing that was good. Sad, the place looks cool...

EDIT: As you can see I got an answer, very polite and nice, but sending an email does nothing. People have to held acountable in public, not via an email. It is super simple to say "send an email", people see this is an think "wow, they are doing the right thing", but no, no one really ever cares about those emails. Note that I have not sent the email, i have in other cases and nothing ever happens.. So NO, no email. What happened, it is not ONE thing, is the summary of things. Prices, terrible setup, you want a beer flier, cool, but they charge like you are actually getting 4 beers, not a sampler of smaller cups. Food, if you call it that, small plates but cost like if they were huge plates, the flavor is not bad, not nothing to write home about. Service, WHAT service? you have to do everything yourself, get up and go to the bar to order and pick up, yet you get charged like a full service restaurant.. no way, this is not fair. And then to top it off, you have to wait, at the bar to PAY .. whenever they feel like and let's not start with the tip, how DARE you put 25% tip to start with when I DID ALL THE WORK?

So, you wanted to know what happened, that is...

cool lil brewery spot in doral with pretty good food, but it’s kiiinda pricey based on portions. a friend paid for my meal with his company’s per diem so i didn’t pay but i was still looking at the prices like dang bro!

the actual place is kinda small even with the outdoor seating included. my party was a lil large so they legit put us in the warehouse at a huge table lol. they also closed pretty early for a miami bar but it’s in a funky location so i kinda understand. parking was not great but i got lucky and got a spot of someone leaving.

i didn’t try any of the beer bc i was a DD, but my friends said they enjoyed their flights. the charcuterie and the ceviche were pretty all right (not enough yuca to go with it). one thing i found weird was that they brought my ceviche out in a plastic bowl on a tray? like, just bring the bowl by itself or… actually, i kinda wasn’t a fan of them using a single-use container in general for dine-in. additionally, my two friends that are a couple split the wings but one half didn’t like the wings so much that she got wendy’s nuggets after 😭

overall, i’d go again when i'm not the DD to try some of the drinks. but i probably won’t order food...

We went here for happy hour that started at 4:00pm. It wasn’t that crowded but as time passed it became crowded. It is a large open brewery and it never felt crowded. It has a very comfortable atmosphere with relaxing music that was never too loud so it is easy for conversations. The AC was comfortable and it was perfect lighting. They have an outdoor beer garden with string lights and art work, and they have a pool table inside. They also have a large beer fridge that you can take what beers you like home with you. They may not have every beer available to take home that is on tap, but they have a lot of choices. They offer IPAS, sours and stouts. They will give you samples to try if you are not sure what beer to order or you can get flights to try many of their beers. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. If you want to order food you can order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table. The food was surprisingly amazing. Parking was free. This place allowed kids until 8:00pm and welcome dogs. What a great experience. We will definitely be back.

I been hearing about this location for so long! And tonight we finally came and we all had a blast. The location is very secluded. Which I didn't understand why. But it's a chill spot not too much attention outside and you can stand by your car a smoke in pease. The parking is small Infront of the building but across you can park there with no problem. I'm not a beer type. I drink more ciders but they have a really large selection of different beers and most of them are a bit fruity which I loved and they were also sour. Well alot of them are sour. You can try a few before ordering a whole beer. They also serve food but we didn't order any. I love the atmosphere here. A very hipster spot for sure. From the customers to the employees. But it was super nice and I can't wait to come back. There service here is too notch. They also have two pool tables in the back but you have to come early, because they will hold on to the table.
