My love for this place has started to decrease due to the lack of attention from staff. When you get to the register it’s fine, but while you are waiting... you are there for a while. There is 2 registers & on a Saturday they only have 1 open the majority of the time. When I went in my break seeing someone was JUST attended on the 2nd reg, the employee told me “I’m sorry you have to go wait in the other line” pointing to the line that had already gotten long while I was waiting in this one!!! I asked him “but you guys just helped someone here” and he said “yeah but now they r on break.” ?????? He couldn’t have told me when he saw me standing there.... he waited for me to get to the register??? You mean to tell me because of your understaff now I have to spend 10 extra minutes of my break. In another line. And when I got to the reg finally, they didn’t even have what I always get :( I could tell the associate had high sense of urgency and she made a good effort to find me something else. However for management, next time they should take THE customers that r already in line & say “guys you are the last customers in this line as it will be closed after” and not just randomly close it and send the people patiently waiting to the next one like if the managers can’t take the 2 people really quickly!!!!!
