Extremely unprofessional the coworkers donât have any knowledge about how to demonstrate positive customer service qualities. I highly recommend to do a training about all the services that Mac Donald offer because they donât know. Also offer a training to the principal manager of the store and the coworkers about how to be polite and never talk rude about anotherâs coworkers in front of any guest. After I paid and pulled up to the 2nd window, I was handed my food by a manager in an orange shirt, she proceeded to walk away and close the window as my soda just sat there and she completely ignored me as I said "Excuse me, my soda". She walked away and I honked the horn briefly to catch her attention, which she also ignored. I honked again and a person from the back motioned me to wait. My food had been handed to me and my soda was just sitting there by the window, I had nothing else to wait for. I had to physically get out of my car and open their drive thru window and let them know I needed my soda, the manager got my soda, handed it to me with a disgusted look on her face and didn't even apologize for forgetting to give me my soda in the first place.
