We ordered online, and online had a special for buy one-get one free. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti Bolognese. I received a phone call from the restaurant with a man yelling at me that I had to pay for the fettuccine Alfredo. I explained to him that online it showed buy one get one free and I paid what the online price charged me. He then told me I had to pay for the fettuccine Alfredo. I explained to him that online before I could even check out I was only charged a certain amount, and that was the amount that I paid the entire time this man was yelling at me. I told him he needed to check his website because this was no fault of mine. He been conceited that he would give it to me free, this time, but when the food was sent. The amount was that of a child’s serving. The containers were flimsy, and the food was starting to soak through, I had also requested for utensils on special request online. I guess this is where he decided he was going to get me back because he sent none if you are looking for ride service, then this is your place. And honestly, it wasn’t that good. Had it been delicious I might’ve...
Read moreMy 80 yr old mom called this restaurant by accident, thinking it was positanos in palm harbor. As soon as she realized she called Miami by accident, she alerted me. I called them and told them of the honest mistake she made, and asked them to cancel the order or get refunded, they said they were unsure/unable to refund her and would have to speak to the owner to see if it was possible. She made an honest mistake and lives 6hours away from this positanos and they were so greedy they said they were unsure and gave me tons of excuses. Even the restaurant in palm harbor was shocked but not surprised at the level of greed. If you live near this restaurant please know that they are about money over customer service especially to an elderly woman. Shame on you Positanos of Miami! I hope at least you’ll give the food to a homeless person but I doubt you will with what you did to an elder! Im sorry that this place is so desperate for money that they kept $24 plus the tip from an...
Read moreMy Wife and I stopped by as the name intrigued us from our vacation trips to Positano Italy and wanted to see if the food would be any kind of close to the meals that we've enjoys on the Amalfi Coastal village. Although the food was nothing to boast about it did resonate with the authentic Italian flavors "Highlighted by the Tuscan/Umbria truffles" The location is not in the best of spots and makes it easy to skip this little hidden gem but the ambiance once inside is really elegant considering the part of the neighborhood that it is located in. (there is a 7 Eleven in the same shopping center to provide you with an image) but don't be discourages because the owners did a great job of making it feel like you are somewhere else once inside. I'd recommend to friends and family who are looking for something a little bit more different than your standard Italian knock off...
