Please. Please refrain from purchasing any merchandise here. It occurred to me to buy some empanadas for myself, my husband and my daughter online with Google. I received confirmation of my order and we went to look for the empanadas. When we arrived to pick them up, the girls who work there told me that they had not received the order and that they could not ship until the owner arrived. When the owner arrived he told us that he had disconnected the applications because they were taking 30% of the sale. I explained to him that I had already paid. But he refused to give me the merchandise that I had paid for. It is clear that this man has just arrived and is making the Venezuelan people look bad. The man forgets that he is not in his country. And here we have to comply with the laws. It's a shame that people like him...

Excellent food, but is sad that the service is so bad.

I went there this morning around 10:37 to get some quick empanadas before i had to head to work (my ETA to work was 10 minutes) I ordered four empanadas and they took about 15 minutes to take them out of the food warmer. The empanadas were right there and all they had to do was take them out of the food warmer. when the clock marked 10:50 I went there and ask them to cancel the order, because i was already late for work, to which they replied “it’s already done” I mean yes, the empanadas had been ready since i walked into the store? not only that but they did not put any napkins inside the bag, or any garlic sauce.

Depending on what time you go you could have a great experience or a “meh” one. The lady that works there in the mornings seems like she hates her job because as soon as you walk into the door she won’t even give you a “hello”. Careful with going to this place if you’re in a rush!! They will tell you your food will be ready in a certain amount of time and you’ll be waiting for it double of that time. They have great food and that’s why I keep coming back and pushing myself to deal with the bad service, but you gotta be really patient if you’re willing to pull...
