Party Cake Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

Food is ok and the prices are good. Love the decor and it looks clean. However, customer service is TERRIBLE. I have gotten expired tres leches on 2 different occasions. The 2nd time I went back to return it and the lady was very rude. She treated me like if it was my fault. I've also been there in the middle of the day to order a sandwich and I've been told there's no bread. No bread at a bakery at 3pm in the afternoon?!?!?!? When asked how long for them to have more bread available they told me that's it for the rest of the day. Again at 3pm!!!! I've called to place orders and they don't answer the phone. I have to actually drive there to place the order. My son has been overcharged on different occasions. The owners seem nice, but not sure if aware of what's going. Every experience I've had there in the past 6 months has been negative. Will go...

I have always loved party cake but recently it has been terrible. The staff doesn’t care about cleanliness at all. The lady came with gloves from taking the trash outside directly to taking peoples orders and grabbing the pastelitos with the same gloves she came from outside. Disgusting!! We ordered with another lady and she gave us a burnt pastelito. My husband returned it on a paper napkin and asked for another one. I am in love with this bakery. I can see everyone in the middle working and with mask. The 6 feet apart is very strict and love the shopping mall where theres always space to patk. Love the cuban coffee and the pastellitos and the bag of fresh made cuban crackers and lets not forget the fresh cuban bread.
