Dakota Coffee — Restaurant in Dothan

Their plain coffee is alright but certainly nothing to write home about. But with a McDonalds practically next door I’d rather just go there just to avoid the obnoxious marketing at Dakota. Their entire personality is thinking they’re better than Starbucks while serving a very average product. I don’t care for Starbucks much either and typically prefer home brewed pourover over most options you can get in Dothan, but had high hopes with how confident they were with their marketing. Honestly I don’t know what to say other then there coffee is great and always has been but I have noticed a drastic decline in both service and product’s lately. Half the time the food products they either don’t have in stock from their menu or are simply stale and not dated for freshness. I used to be a regular customer but with the changes they have had these last few months I’m worried for the business. To many young people not enough employees and they would much rather talk amongst themselves than assist with customers.
