Update: After sending a company review and Google review the owner contacted me. He apologized for the incident, said "we appreciate your feedback and can assure you the team that is responsible for this functionality has received this information and will take it into account, as we are always looking to improve the customer experience.". He then offered a footlong free for our inconvenience. Thank you Sir. Original: My son ordered a footlong sandwich which was delivered by a platinum level Uber eats driver but he only received a 6 inch. It was wrapped and sealed with the Subway sticker and receipt. I called and spoke with the manager who was very hateful. She let me know quick that she made the sandwich and knew it was a footlong. She even tried to blame the UberEATS driver. She said he must have taken the other half of it. She told the only way it could be replaced was if I brought it back. My son is a teacher hence the delivery. I tried to send a picture and she rudely said that it had to be returned. I have never been talked to or yelled at like that. Read moreI'm was very disappointed in my visit to Eastside Subway. I walk in (no one greets me, no biggie). I order a meatball sub....no meatballs. I proceed to order my son a pizza....no sprinkle mozzarella cheese. I asked for cookies instead of chips....no cookies were made. I asked for 2 large sweet teas....no tea is made & on top of that they said the entire drink machine was flat and I would have to get a bottle drink. Ok cool....not! The only bottle drinks they had to choose from was Orange Fanta, Dr Pepper, water & Lemon Lime Gatorade. I cancelled the combos and went to Sonic just for drinks. There was no sign anywhere stating the machine was out of order! Personally I will not be taking my business...
Read moreOmg I was so hungry I ordered on line at this location the order didn't make it to the store I called my bank they said YES SUBWAY TOOK 20.06$ FROM ME I went back to let my bank talk to the cashier but she didn't believe me so I had to get my statement from the online bank that I bank with took it back up there to prove I wasn't lying the manager is gone and they can't do anything till the next day so basically I'm out of dinner and 20 dollars I'm so passed an upset I'm never coming back to this subway again 🙃!!!! its been an Update I just looked at my account and my money is refunded back it was 20.09 thank you for my money back ill give u another star...
