Extremely poor service today (5/12/18) at the drive up window from the attendant. The drink I come here religiously for once a year, the orange julius, was barely palatable, as it tasted like little more than colored water. I am extremely unhappy with what happened today. Customers may not always be right by Daory Queens standards, so please let me know if I am wrong on this. However, after 45 years in the restaurant industry, I find the following behavior appalling. For your drive through attendant to make a frozen drink sit in the window in 100 degree heat, while she sits there and pretends she cannot find it, looking left or upwards or anywhere but at your cup, which is the ONLY cup on the window sill, only to finally grab it with a huff and just put it as far as the window without putting it through it, so my husband had to literally get out of the vehicle to reach it, is a bit much. Its a drive through, not a walk up. This is why you got 1 star DQ. If she is at all indicative of the rest of the employees inside of the store, I implore you to please do better when you hire your staff. Quality of employees is always better than quantity...
Read moreI went to this location last Sunday with my grandparents and sister, we ordered our food, paid our money, was given a number and told they’d bring it out shortly. 16 minutes later, we still didn’t have our food, so I went up to the counter to ask what the issue was. I was told that the girl who had taken our order went on a break directly after, and no one knew if it was for carry-out or dine-in. I pointed out that the food was clearly on a tray and the receipt had our table number on it and asked why no one had gone around and asked the customers (two groups) if they had gotten all their food. I was given the same response with no real answer. I gave it up and took the food back to the table, the lady who was rude came out and began wiping the table directly beside us mumbling, “I know customer service, I treat my customers well.” I kept my mouth shut even though my grandparents food was TOTALLY wrong and we were shorted items because CLEARLY she doesn’t know customer service. Overall a terrible experience and I won’t...
Read moreI use to work for Dairy Queen from 1991-1992 and I took pride in making sure I did everything the Dairy Queen way. It's not just this Dairy Queen it's a good majority of them that do not care how their product looks. The ice cream cones and sundaes are to be nice and round not flat and squished. Every store needs to be re trained on how to make each product. It's really dad to see someone nothing that I and so many others took pride in go right out the door. I ordered a hit fudge Sunday, did not look how it was suppose to look and when I asked for whip cream it was in one side. I was trained by corporate and corporate needs to get back into these stores and train these people. I will never go back to a dairy Queen again as it is very disappointing to order something that is not made the correct way. If you don't take pride in what you do and do it right what other short cuts are...
