Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

I've never had a major issue with Hungry Howie besides the hair in my food which was quickly resolved until Wednesday night when an employee became confrontational because I asked for my call in order. I gave my name to the attendant and she repeated my name but when I went to pick up my order, evidently it was placed in the wrong name. I asked the young man for my order but he blatantly starting getting an attitude and in the snobbiest way ever, he asked was it in another name. I stated no and continuously saying my name 4 times. Them he asked what I ordered and I told him. He picked up an order and said I guess this is it. I left highly upset, and I called the manager for that night. She stated after i replayed the scenario to her that the individual in question had been bullying his coworkers and being rude to the customers all night. That she would rectify the situation but she didn't. She recanted, so my business will NOT be at this establishment no longer. I've been dealing with this company since 2003. They always said one bad apple will spoil the bunch....

Several weeks ago I called in my order to this location waited 40 minutes to pick up my order after they told me it would 15-20 minutes. My order had just been put in the oven. Told cashier that I was not waiting on my order because several weeks before this time they told me the same time frame and it had not even put in the oven when I got their She asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager who was her brother about this I said sure. I asked him when he came over to me why this keeps happening and he stated that they have been very busy I said I understand that but if you are so busy why are you not giving a longer time frame to pick up your order. He stated that he thought they would catch up but he had just said that he was behind all day. Makes no sense to me and would like to speak with the owners about this. Will not go back to this location ever again unless something is done about...

Good flavor of food. Extremely slow and staff that was barely functioning... Huge side note. Some staff member had children belonging to them just running rampant through the store lobby completely unattended? The offspring of said employee were loud and rude to the customers waiting for orders. I'm a parent myself (of five children) and also have a job. I get not finding a sitter or having some sort of reason to have my kids around me in inappropriate situations but really? At LEAST as a parent you should have an eye on them at all times. Especially in this day and age. Not a single worker acknowledged the children nor corrected the atrocious behavior.
