The young woman making the sandwiches was so polite and upbeat, however the manager or shift leader present was constantly berating the other two staff members and in front of customers. I don't know how the other ladies kept a smile as they helped customers.

I have about 30 mins for lunch after a bit of a wait just as I was supposed to get my sandwich made the shift leader told the girl to stop change th bread on the sandwich I was waiting on and make the online order a priority because they had already paid, even though they weren't even in the store.

The leader of the shift at that time should be ashamed of how they treat the staff and needs to reconsider how the conduct themselves in front of customers as well. I will not return to...

The food is always great, but unfortunately, I've had many instances where my order is completely forgotten.

I have a 30-minute lunch and most of the time I just want to pick up the food and go. Today was the most frustrating experience. I had 2 people in front of me. When it was my turn, I noticed the staff member wasn't writing anything on the notepad, more people started to come in and as I noticed people receiving their meals that were before me, I approached the counter and reminded the staff members about my order, and they proceeded to ask what order? My time was wasted.

I can't really give a proper rating therefore I will give 3 stars and here's why...my experience with the day shift employees has been great each and every time, they are nice and my sandwiches has always been fresh. It is totally opposite for the night shift employees. I assume they are tired which is understandable but the sandwiches is awful. It's like eating a sub between saltines...the bread is so hard. It's nothing like paying $10+ for your food and it's disappointing. I'm not going to stop going. I just will not...
