Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Dothan

Terrible customer service on the night of December 27. I ordered a pizza here while in Dothan visiting family. I’m active duty military station up north came down I had never had Marco’s Pizza before so I decided to try it out ordered a pizza for me and my wife, as well as one for my child who is a picky eater I asked for no ham on the pizza. When I got home, there was ham on the pizza in my child refused to eat it. I called immediately and they told me I could come back and have the order remade. They took my name in my number I called back today two days later and they told me to go outside my house And get the pizza out of my trashcan and bring it back to them and then they would remake the order. Otherwise, they would only be able to refund me three dollars for the topping. So I am now outside in my trashcan digging to get the 3 days old pizza and about to head up to the store and just get a refund. If they wanted me to bring the pizza back that night why not tell me that. Definitely was my first end of last time eating at this franchise.. The night shift manager told me the order would be remade and took my personal information down IE: Name and number. Ordered a Pepperoni Melt to be delivered at 5PM after placing the order online at 3:45. I specifically wrote instructions on how to find our place. Even describing vehicle. We sat outside waiting as tracker said he was on his way. At 5:10 we watched him pull in to our neighborhood and immediately turned the wrong way! My instructions said go straight 4th place on the left so he turns right? We watched him drive through the entire neighborhood trying to wave and get his attention. Finally he came down our street. I asked why he didn't read the directions. His answer was "his fault". Pizza wasn't very warm- almost cold. Then we opened the box and what a disappointment. There was NO sauce on the pizza! Just extra cheese and Pepperoni. I called to ask if that's the way it is made and was told sauce is put on first. I explained there was no sauce and it was like bread with cheese and Pepperoni only. I told him that we'd never had a bad pizza from the Enterprise Marcos and that we'd never order from the Dothan location...

I wish so bad when I order pizza at my job and can’t leave because I work in the medical field that the other location on Ross Clark could bring my orders because every time I order here it’s a problem normally I don’t say anything but guess what my receipt said no mushrooms on purpose (I ordered the works pizza) but I got mushrooms and I’m allergic it was suppose to have bacon but no bacon! So basically I paid almost 40.00 with tip that’s not shown because my delivery driver did not give me one so I just used the pizza box receipt to only eat cinnamon bread because I don’t like wings I just ordered them for my coworkers!
