I am truly upset! I am not happy about this location. I am here from out of town for a job. I have been coming here for 4 weeks. 1st off. I ordered steak beagle with extra sauce and onions in a meal. Two sausage McMuffin s,4 hashbrown and two burritos. The person taking my order couldn't hear me and I repeated muffins 4 times. She keep saying what was that ? They never repeated order at speaker, nor window. When we got to pick up window they never said Hi or hello with a smile. Just handed a coffee to us and my husband said this isn't ours. Then they proceeded to give us our bag and shut window. No thank you or even sorry we were trying to give you the wrong stuff. Wait! We didn't get our drink. So my husband waved and they said did you need something else? Yes my husband said our drink. Then she ask what was it. Well she handed our drink to us with lid half off and soda dripping down cup and on to hand. We check bag and I see stuff inside. We get to hotel and room. Get food out and guess what? Sandwiches are wrong. They are with egg. So I call and get no answer. Then finnaly Hello! I tell them food was messed up. . I will be there in two mins I told them . Get to counter, No " Welcome to McDonald's" Or "can we help you"! I need to speak to Mgr. The manager takes her time to help me. And when I tell her all that has happened in the last 4 days of coming to McDonald's she has no "I Am Sorry"! Her Excuse was having a new person . Well I said your whole staff need better training. 90 %of them are either rude,have no customer service, or care about the customers. I got my money back and she proceeded to re-ring two sandwichs. And I paid for the correct items.
Now , I have worked Fast-food for a long time since I was 16. U have been at 5 different restaurants in 30 yrs. I also have been Crew trainer, shift mgr, assistant mgr trainee, my skills are about the Customers and Fast Food and Freindly service, make the customers want to come back. Have a smile in your voice when on the speaker, great food ,do what it takes to go the extra mile. . I have trained Many in the ways of this. I was also on McDonald's Drivethru Team competition in 89. We placed 6 out of 20 locations in DFW area. All I ask is Have some pride in your job. Get the order wright, the 1st time. Don't make excuses. If this location would of been Shopped by Corporate McDonald's the would of failed in every way. I will be calling the owner operator tommorow. Oh by the way. Finally got home to eat and guess what? . My beagle didn't have any onions or sauce on it at all. I think I might take my money else where. I think BurgerKing would do better. Read moreI absolutely believe that, this next generation coming up...are disrespectful, and think they have intimate when they don't. I went through the drive through, I only got a sausage biscuit and I already got the money together at home because I have been ordering food there for, well in to two years at least. Before I pulled off to go to the first window I checked the screen and sure enough ...it's $2.19 ...the young lady in the window, tells me that it's $2.35 . I checked my car , I just didn't have the money. Then she says, this ain't even $2, I said that it was when I handed to you...I apologized again and waited for a few seconds to get my change back...she just gave me a nasty look and closed the window. I'm not writing to get any one in trouble and God knows my past work has had me, feeling some kind of way also. However, maybe some one should tell the young lady, that you can never tell what someone is going through 🙏. It's fast food, leave what ever reason you have for your actions to a customer...at home 🏡. Before, you go in to work in the morning... Bow your head, ask God to gide you through your day with peace 🕊️ in your heart , and to be humble through your day. Count the blessings, and be thankful for the things you do have. Read moreCareless employee messed up and only rang up half our order then before we could correct her mistake after we paid and realized the total was a lot less than it should have been she turned around to do something else and completely ignored multiple attempts of us trying to get her attention. When the manager called out our order number and brought our food to the counter she barely even looked at us as she handed us the bag and drinks so finally after leaning over the counter practically yelling excuse me and waving the receipt in her face she took a moment to address our issue and had the rest of our order cooked and delivered to us hot and fresh. Unfortunately the first half of our order was cold by the time the rest came out. Another customer was there who came in to complain bc he had been waiting on his drive through order for over thirty minutes from what I over heard him arguing with the manager about.
