We visited about 6:30 p.m. the restaurant was not cleaned and the food supply was low. The serving area was splattered and the food in the containers looked like it had been there for hours…stuck on and kinda dried up on the sides of the containers. They told us they were out of black beans so we accepted the pintos but when we got ready to check out we asked for forks and they were out of forks? How can you be in the prime hours of Saturday night meal period and be low on food and out of multiple items? They had plenty of staff walking around but no one was making an effort to clean up the place. There was only one other family in the building. So staff weren’t overwhelmed. Food at best was ok. Not hot, lukewarm. I wanted the advertised specialty for the week but there was only enough in the pan for about one person. I knew my husband wanted that. When the server called back for more, no one was cooking behind him to hear. It appears management is lacking here and the young people working this shift do not understand how impressions inside an eating establishment affect people’s perceptions. This was my first visit here and most likely my last. I felt uncomfortable eating my food based on the appearance of the place and the lack of concern for cleanliness. I don’t usually make negative evaluations but this was maybe the hardest place for me to force my food down in a while. Management, get your...
Read moreI fell off of Chipotle for a while, thinking their quality was going down as fast as their prices were soaring. But after giving the entire place a couple years post-COVID to figure things out, they’re right back to being one of the best, highest quality, AND highest value quick-service food joints around.
I see a lot of reviews showing extremely small portion sizes. Unfortunately, as much of a problem as this might be in and of itself (quite a big one if you ask me), I’m noticing a lot of ladies’ hands in these photos of the food. Just one time, try ordering your food under a man’s name. I order mine under David every single time and I’m given a burrito/bowl that’s literally bursting at the seams. I feel like they actually do give smaller portion sizes to women on purpose. It sucks, but that’s the truth, and anyone who has issues with portion sizes should definitely give this little trick a try.
I digress though. The food is incredible and you get so much for the price. I can’t say anything bad about Chipotle anymore. They’re the best. Minus the systematic misogyny I guess…. can y’all just stop doing...
Read moreThe management is poor and will be the reason this location goes out of business. You open at 10:45am, so why are you just prepping Pico and grilled onions and peppers at 11:45am? I came here with my daughters for the start of our Summer vacation to be greeted by price increases and no pico, no verde salsa, no grilled onions or peppers, and no sour cream. As I write thesis review the manager is supposed to be making the pico, however I walked in to a discussion being had about my request for ingredients regarding having to pay $12 for a bowl of rice and some shreds of meat if no other ingredients are available. And for the employee that offered me hot salsa in place of pico has no context of ingredients. This place has been such a disappointment since the second month of being open. In the beginning, I attributed the lack of ingredients due to distribution issues, however I now know it’s not that. They have the ingredients, they under staffed and are only 1/4 of the way prepped to open in recent visits. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this location. $60 for rice and meat...
