I went in here two weeks after they opened. I was hoping to give them time to work things out. I attempted to order a whole sandwich and a cup of bisque, and just make it a double order. What I received was a half sandwich and a cup of bisque. The cashier told me he could not cancel the order and re-ring it up because it was already "Down the line". So the cashier just rang me up for another sandwich. Checking the menu, I paid well over what I should have. The management couldn't understand what happened and when I went to poke their public page on Facebook, they wanted me to call in and explain. I already listed out in crystal clear detail everything that happened in the Message I sent, I was not going to execute any further action on my part without them meeting me half way somehow. So, I've sworn off this place and will leave it at 1 star until I am otherwise compensated for my time spent explaining the mix up three times in store (once to the cashier, once to team lead, once to manager) and then the message to their Facebook page. I do hate being ugly, but it was seriously so bad that now, everytime we drive by the place together, we laugh and say "who wants to go to...

They pride themselves on customizability, so I felt safe ordering a pizza with cauliflower crust and no feta cheese. They substituted feta with mozzarella against my requests. I went from ordering what I thought was a plant based pizza, to paying for a pizza that utilized excretions from exploited/murdered non-human animals. There is no reason to default to foods that rely on animal abuse in 2020 in the western civilization we live in. Some vegan cheese would go a long way, but at the very least they should not assume that someone wants cheese if they specify that they...
