🔥CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Got treated like dirt at this location! DATE OF INCIDENT: 10/10/22 6:00 -6:30pm
I'm a regular and placed an online order as usual. Went to pick it up and asked for paper plates and napkins as usual. Upon checking out, the worker asked me how many plates I needed, and I told him to just grab an inch so he wouldn't have to worry about counting cuz they looked busy. Then he handed me some napkins, but when I asked for more napkins, I could tell he was aggravated when giving me more. Unprofessional but it's whatever, so I left with my food and let it go.
Upon entering my vehicle, I checked my paper plates and it wasnt the inch amount I had requested. It's bad enough that he gave a dirty look when I asked for more napkins, but this just provoked the situation. I go back in the store and I tell the same guy that I asked for an inch of plates and asked him if I could have more, and he rudely said NO. I'm already upset of his attitude earlier about the napkins, but now I'm not gonna sit there and take anymore disrespect from this person. It led to a debate, and he ended up giving me TWO additional plates. That's pretty much a slap to my face. I feel like I was disrespected cuz of my ethnicity.
I then asked him what his name was, and he kind of hesitated, then mumbled it to where I couldnt understand him, then he told me he was the general manager. Whether that's true or not, I don't know. I just Gave him a piece of my mind and left extremely frustrated for the disrespect and rudeness by this guy. Nobody should have to experience that kind of service and attitude. Especially regular customers like me who spend so much money with Papa John's. NEVER have I had this problem when asking for napkins and paper plates from other employees at this location.

Read moreI ordered s pepperoni pizza with double extra cheese and when it arrived the pepperoni was underneath the cheese, instead of being placed on top and cooked crispy. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the cheese was sliding off the slices and the only way i could tell it had pepperoni on it was to lift the cheese off the pizza. The crust was overcooked on the entire pizza. It appeared the crust was cooked and then they went back and put the toppings on and placed back in the oven for the cheese to melt. When contacting the store I was told by a team member that they have been making the pepperoni pizzas this way for around a year now. When challenging him on this matter as I have had a pepperoni pizza from them within the past 6 months, he did not have an answer. I also shared with him that this is not how the pizza is presented on the website and had I known this was their practice to make the pizza this way I would not have ordered it. I did not get a satisfactory response nor an offer for a fresh pizza made according to my requests. It appears that Papa John's does not stand by their guarantee of satisfaction, or possibly it is just this particular store. Read moreI ordered ahead from this location. My order arrived an hour early. When I called and spoke with a manager he proceeded to blame and say it was my fault and that I needed to verify when placing an online order. I did verify before placing the order. He told me, "well there's nothing I can do, except tell you to call and verify your order next time you place one. I placed an order ahead because my husband gets home late. I do not appreciate the managers rudeness. I wasnt asking for free food. I wanted to know how and why my order was delivered an hour ahead of schedule. He told me it was my fault and I needed to pay attention when ordering. First impressions are everything to me and this location really failed me. I use to recommend this location to the guest who stay with this property without ever visiting myself, but after this experience I will send them to Mama's Rosa's or The Red Elephant from this day forward.
